On 21 April at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Prosecutor of the Central Military District Maj-General of Justice Andrey Popov introduced a new military prosecutor of the Kazan Garrison Munko Tsyrenov to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

On 20 April a delegation of the Tatarstan Government headed by the Head of the Office of the regional Cabinet Shamil Gafarov visited the Diagnostics and Telemedicine Center (DTC) of the Moscow Healthcare Department with the aim of sharing experience and learning the results and technologies used at the institution as the region started developing a similar model of the center of competencies. 

As many as 90 teams from 15 countries took part in AI International Hakathon Global AI Challenge organized by the AI Research Center of the Innopolis University in Tatarstan. According to the results of the competition, the ClosedAI team from Moscow took the first place, the Gradient Kekpointing from Skolkovo was the second and DrugANNs from Msocow and Semyons, comprising developers from St. Petersburg and Vienna divided the third place.

On April 19, at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, on the sidelines of the Tatarstan International Power Economy Forum, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic on the implementation of the state programme «Energy and Resource savings in the Republic of Tatarstan» in 2021 and tasks for 2022.

On 19 April at their meeting on the sidelines of the Tatarstan International Power Economy Forum in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of Kemerovo region Sergey Tsivilyov discussed prospects of cooperation in the sphere of innovations and working with investors and interaction in digitalization, development of comfortable urban environment, agribusiness and tourism.

On 19 April Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the regional Cabinet of Minister on the implementation of the state programme in energy and resource saving in Tatarstan in 2021 and plans for 2022 held by Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin on the sidelined on the Tatarstan Power economy Forum in Kazan.

The Aid to the Russian President Igor Levitin, Russian First Deputy Minister of Economic Development Ilya Torosov also took part in the meeting.

On 19 April, speaking at the Tatarstan International Power Economy Forum held in Tatarstan, the President of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov said that today’s challenges intensify the necessity of using energy saving .
Welcoming the forum participants, Minnikhanov said that it was an open platform for a dialogue of experts and industrialists whose solutions influence the further strategy of development of this sphere. He said that 63 domestic companies from 43 Russian regions are taking part in the event and reminded that the Russian State Council on Power Economy will have its meeting on the sidelines of the forum today. Minnikhanov also informed that the exhibition of Power Economy and Resource Saving and a session of the regional Cabinet of Ministers  have been organized here.

 

On April 18, on the International Day for Monuments and Sites, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Minister of Culture of the republic Irada Ayupova, Aide to Tatarstan President Olesya Baltusova, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the Government Agencies of the Kazan Kremlin and got acquainted with the concept of developing museum spaces.

On 16 April Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Deputy Head of the Government Marat Khusnullin, the Plenipotentiary representative of the republic in Russian Federation Ravil Akhmetshin and Deputy Head of the Federal Agency on Youth Issues Damir Fattakhov took part in the VII youth forum “Moscow-Tatarstan Bridge” held in Moscow.

On 16 April Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who is on a working trip to Moscow, visited Russian State Agricultural University after K. Timiryazev, which specializes in training high quality specialists for agriculture. Today the university comprises 8 institutes, 79 chairs and has 18 000 students.
