Rustam Minnikhanov has given an errand to provide schools readiness to the beginning of the new school year

On 30 July, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government house of the republic , Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to the regional Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Construction, heads of regions and cities and school headmasters to provide timely readiness of schools and vocational colleges to the beginning of the new school year.

Minnikhanov said that only a month is left till 1 413 schools and 98 vocational colleges start their work and added that 8 out of 13 schools under construction will be completed by 1 September and three – by the end of the year. 

On the top of that the overhaul of 118 schools is planned to be completed by the beginning of the school year and 66 of them will be overhauled by the federal programme, Minnikhanov said.
