On 24 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the Rostec state corporation Sergey Chemezov visited the largest aircraft building enterprises of the region, namely the Kazan Aircraft Plant and the Kazan Helicopter Plant which produce civilian planes, dual-capable long-range bombers and different classes of helicopters, which are very important for the transport system and national security of the country.
On 24 March 80 representatives of different Russian regions – students of the RANEPA Executive Master in Public Management (EMPM) programme visited Innopolis.
In his welcoming address to the participants, who are public servants, CEOs of private companies, winners and finalists of the “Leaders of Russia” and the “New Time” projects, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov said: “I also was a student of the RANEPA programme in 2018. On 24 March in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Tataneftekhiminvest-holding which considered innovative projects in petrochemical industry.

On 21 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting on important issues of ensuring national security in the Volga region held by the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolay Patrushev in Ulyanovsk with participation of the Russian Presidential Envoy in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, representatives of federal ministries and departments and heads of the regions comprising the district.
On March 20, at the Government House of the republic, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov chaired the meeting of the Investment Council of the republic with participation of regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin municipal and regions of the republic, which were connected via videoconference.
