On 11 July upon his arrival to the Chuvash culture holiday Uyav in Cheremshan region,  the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was welcomed by girls in national costumes of main ethnicities of the region (Chuvash, Tatar, Russia, Mordva), who offered the guests traditional treats.

Having looked round national homesteads and a craftsmen fair, Rustam Minnikhanov empathized in his welcoming speech that Uyav is a bright and original holiday which has become a reflection of rich culture of the Chuvash and an example of spiritual and moral values of all peoples of our Fatherland.

On 10 July at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to hold Chuvash culture holiday Uyav, which will take place in Cheremshan and Alkeevskiy regions of the republic on 11 July, at the high level.

On 10 July, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave high appraisal to the organizational level of the Agrovolga Exhibition and the International Consumers’ Cooperation Forum held at the Kazan Expo exhibition Center with participation of representatives of 50 regions of Russia and 33 foreign countries.

On 27 June, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Head of the Department of the Urban Environment Development programmes of the Fund “The Institute for Tatarstan Cities Development” Arina Petrova reported about the progress of implementation of the regional “Our Yard” programme, having said that the amount of work already completed reached 66 per cent  with road repairs done by 75 per cent and installation of lighting fixtures ready by 77 per cent in the republic.

She also reported about work progress in installation children’s and sports equipment  and the trips organized in Kazan, Naberezhnyye Chelny, Bugulma and other regions to check the work quality.

On 10 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Kalmykia Batu Khasikov discussed issues of inter-regional interaction and development of ties in a number of spheres. In particular Rustam Minikhanov and Batu Khasikov agreed to exchange experience in attracting investments, in digitalization, development of domestic tourism, improvement of public spaces, training specialists and others.

On 9 July, speaking at a plenary session of the International Exhibition “Drone Expo 2026” organized at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that Tatarstan carries out consistent work in developing unmanned systems.

He reminded that the Russian President has set a task of the accelerated introduction of autonomous systems in the economy and since 2023 in Tatarstan unmanned KAMAZ trucks operate commercial trips on the M-11 Neva highway and in 2018 the Yandex Company started testing unmanned taxi cars at public roads in the City of Innopolis.

On 9 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov attended the International Exhibition “Drone Expo 2026” organized at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center and which is the key event in the sphere of unmanned aircraft vehicles, devices and their spare parts.

On 8 July, speaking at the International Agribusiness Exhibition Agrovolga-2026  at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that for many years Tatarstan has been one the leaders of agricultural production of Russia.

He emphasized that today the agribusiness complex has become a high-tech branch possessing substantial growth prospects. The Rais of the republic noted that Tatarstan agribusiness enterprises not only preserve traditions, but also actively implement modern technologies, raise their efficiency and strengthen the economic capacity of the republic.

On 8 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Russian Deputy Minister of Agriculture Andrey Razin, the Chairman of the Council of the Central Union of Consumer Cooperatives of Russia Dmitriy Zubov and the President of the International Cooperative Alliance Enrique Guarco   got acquainted with an exposition of the International forum of consumers’ cooperation and the Agrovolga-2026 Exhibition held with participation of various regions of Russia and 31 foreign countries.

On 8 July, speaking at a ceremony of opening the International Agribusiness Exhibition Agrovolga-2026 and the International Forum of Consumers’ Cooperation” Youth of cooperation: uniting resources for the branch development”  at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “We welcome you at the opening of two big events in Tatarstan. I hope they will be very useful for you.”
