Work on receiving and considering appeals sent on-line is carried out in accordance with RF Federal law dated May,6,2006 № 59-ФЗ “On process of considering RF citizens appeals”

1. It is recommended to send a question to that state agency competent in the problem. It provides immediacy of consideration. 

2. Appeals of citizens sent on-line in accordance with current legislation are sent depending on kind of problems to those state agencies competent in solving set questions. An official notification is sent to the author by e-mail regarding this.

3. On-line appeals with incomplete or inaccurate information about the sender will not be examined!

4. State agencies reserve the right to get more accurate information about credibility of data regarding the sender and content of appeal, if necessary. Information about personal data of citizens sending appeals on-line is kept and handled in accordance with requirements of Russian legislation regarding personal data.
