On 30 April, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that new business support measures developed by the federal government will facilitate stable work of enterprises.

He informed that last week the Russian administration passed a number of important anti-crisis measures such as decreasing the subsidized mortgage interest rate till 9 per cent, prolongation of subsidized mortgage programme  till the end of the current year and the broadened VEB.RF guarantee support programme for non-systemic enterprises which have exceeded SMEs criteria.

On 29 April at their meeting in Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov discussed development of industrial infrastructure and aircraft building in the region.

On 28 April in his opening speech at the round table meeting of business representatives of Tatarstan and Myanmar, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to the country,  stressed the importance of such work format as it makes it possible for enterprises to establish personal contacts with representatives of business and state power bodies.

On 28 April at his meeting with the Myanmar Minister in Investments and Foreign Economic Relations Aung Naing Oo, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to the country on a working visit thanked him for organizing a round table and a possibility given to Tatarstan enterprises to make their presentations to possible partners in Myanmar. 

On 27 April upon his arrival on a working visit to Myanmar, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was met in the airport of Naypyidaw by the Russian Plenipotentiary in the Union of Mynamar Nikolay Listopadov and the regional Deputy Foreign Minister. 

On 27 April in the Kazan Kremlin Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan to 48 outstanding residents of the republic.

On April 26, during his working visit to Saint Petersburg, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Chairman of the Board of Gazprom Company Aleksey Miller discussed the implementation of Gazprom's socially significant projects in the region.

Today, consistent work on expanding gas transmission capacities is underway in the republic. In 2022, the Gazprom has put into operation a new gas distribution station (GDS) Sokury and a gas pipeline branch to it from the reconstructed section of the Minnibayevo-Kazan main gas pipeline (220-285 km). As a result, the reliability of gas supply to Kazan and its suburbs has been increased and conditions for connecting new consumers to gas have been created.

On April 26, at the Jalil Tatar Opera and Ballet Theatre, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in Gabdulla Tukay State Awards and congratulated the participants of the event on the Mother Tongue Day, which is traditionally celebrated on the birthday of the classic of Tatar literature Gabdulla Tukay.

On April 26, in an interactive multimedia complex of the history of the Tatar theatre “Sharyk Club” (Oriental Club) in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with representatives of Tatar creative youth.

On 26 April Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited an interactive multimedia complex of the history of the Tatar theatre “Sharyk Club” (Oriental Club) located in a historical building of a legendary community of Tatar intelligentsia in the beginning of the 20th century which housed the stage of the first professional Tatar theatre company Sayar in 1911.
