On April 23, speaking at the videoconference in the Government House of the republic with participation of all municipal regions of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that backbone enterprises play an important role in ensuring the economic resilience under the restrictions imposed on the country.

On 23 April Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin attended an agricultural fair in the Kazan Agro-industrial park, where farmers from Saby, Nurlat and Baltasi regions and a number of agribusiness enterprises of the republic brought food products for the total sum of 14m roubles.

Speaking at the videoconference in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic, regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported that the fulfillment of the 2022 construction plan in the republic was 40.5 per cent with 1m116 thousand square meters of housing already commissioned.

Speaking at the videoconference in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Director of the Fund of the Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities Venera Kamalova has informed that, according to 2022 plan, road work within the Our Yard programme has started in 83 yards and will begin in 390 more yards by the middle of May.

On 23, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Deputy Minister of Justice Oleg Sviridenko discussed issues of implementation of the cooperation agreement signed earlier between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry. The participants of the meeting also touched upon issues of co-financing a number of joint projects.

On April 22, at Kazan Pyramid compex, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended the final gala concert of the 22nd open regional television Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk Youth Festival.

On April 22, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Marat Ayzatullin visited the construction site of Bashir Rameev Technopark on Spartakovskaya street, where was presented options for facing facades and glazing of the building, as well as options for lighting solutions using diode tape, spotlighting, etc.

Tatarstan President got acquainted with the general plan of the facility and options for connecting to the power grid and was informed about the delivery dates of the necessary materials.

On 22 April, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on tourism and tourism infrastructure development Sangadzhi Tarbaev discussed essential measures of supporting tourism industry and development of the tourist infrastructure of the republic, including the regional initiative of The Volga Trip. 

On 22 April, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of Mir payment system Vladimir Komlev discussed further steps in developing cooperation and prospects of joint projects.

On 21 April at their meeting in in the Government House of the republic , Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Vice-President of the Russian Artistic Swimming Federation, the Chief Coach of the Russian artistic swimming team Tatyana Pokrovskaya discussed implementation of joint sports projects and organization of competitions in swimming,  artistic swimming and highboard diving in Kazan. The regional Minister of Sports Vladimir Leonov also took part in the meeting.
