On September 6, at their meeting on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of the Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Solodov signed an Agreement between Tatarstan and the Kamchatka Territory on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation.

On 6 September at their meeting on the sidelines of the Far East Economic Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of Irkutsk region Igor Kobzev signed an Action Plant on implementation of the agreement between the regions till 2025. 

On 6 September at their meeting on the sidelines of the Far East Economic Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Government of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov signed an agreement on trade-economic, scientific and technical and social and cultural cooperation. In addition they also signed an Action Plan for 2022-2024  aimed at implementation of the agreement.

On 6 September at their meeting on the sidelines of the Far East Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Russian Federal Agency for Tourism Zarina Doguzova discussed prospects of developing sphere of tourism.

On 6 September Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Far East to take part in the East Economic Forum, visited Vladivostok sea cargo port.

The port is the largest one in the Far East of Russia and here Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with German Maslov - Vice-President in the linear-logistics division of the FESCO Transport Group which is the key player in the container shipping market with assets in the sphere of port, railway and integrated logistics business.

On 5 September Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev and the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin took part in a ceremony of opening a memorial plaque to the People’s Poet and a famous political and public figure Robert M. Minnullin, put on a facade of a house in Tolstoy Street in Kazan, where the poet spent last years of his life.

On September 3, at Innopolis University, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov together with the University Director Kirill Semenikhin, Mayor of Innopolis Ruslan Shagaleev and other officials took part in the Matriculation Ceremony and Graduation Party event with handing in diplomas to graduates of IT-university and honoring the first-year students.

On September 3, in Almetyevsk, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Director General of Tatneft Oil Company Nail Maganov, other officials and honorary oil workers, oil and gas workers, representatives of labour collectives took part in a solemn part of the holiday dedicated to the Day of Oil and Gas industry Workers and the Day of the city of Almetyevsk.

On September 3, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in Almetyevsk to take part in the events celebrating the Day of Workers of Oil and Gas Industry and accompanied by the Head of Almetyevsk municipality Timur Nagumanov and Director General of the Tatneft Oil Company Nail Maganov, visited Boulevard named after Riza Fakhretdin, which was improved under the Formation of a comfortable urban environment federal project.

On 3 September Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Almetyevsk region of the republic to take part in the events celebrating the Day of Workers of Oil and Gas Industry, took part in a ceremony of opening a new arts school in the city which comprises classes of sculpture, art photography; fine arts, computer graphics and history of arts.
