On 26 April Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the events dedicated to the Mother Tongue Day and 136th birthday of Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay and together with the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, regional Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova and the Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov laid flowers to the monument of the poet in Kazan.

On April 25, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, rector of the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography named after Gerasimov (VGIK) Vladimir Malyshev and rector of Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS) Grigory Zaslavsky discussed the issues of cooperation in culture and training of specialists.

Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leila Fazleeva, Tatarstan Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova and other officials took part in the meeting.

On 25 April in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Tatneft Oil Company, which reviewed the results of the budget execution of the company for the first quarter of 2022, and approved the budget for May 2022. The Board of Directors was also informed on the status of receivables and payables for 2021.

On 25 April, speaking at a regional meeting of financial, treasury and tax bodies of the republic with participation of the Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, the Minister of Finance of the republic Radik Gayzatullin reported about results of implementation of the consolidated budget for the first quarter of 2022 and the tasks to be fulfilled by the end of the current year. Summarizing revenues from such taxes as the personal income tax, excise profits tax and others and non-tax revenues, he said that in the first quarter of 2022 the regional consolidated budget received 85bn roubles of tax and non-tax revenues and the budget of the republic was fulfilled by 72.3bn roubles. As many as 12.7bn roubles was mobilized into local budgets, he said.

On 25 April, speaking at a regional meeting of financial, treasury and tax bodies of the republic with participation of the Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin and Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that in the first quarter of 2022 the amount of the regional consolidated budget revenues made 93.2bn roubles, 85bn of them being net revenues.

On 24 April during his working visit to Turkmenistan, where he arrived accompanied by Director General of the Kamaz Automaker Sergey Kogogin and Director General of the Tatneft Oil Company Nail Maganov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow.

On 24 April at their meeting in the Palace of Congress in Ashgabat, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a one-day working visit to Turkmenistan, and Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedow discussed prospects of further expansion of cooperation.
