On 29 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the State Secretary – Russian Deputy Minister of Defense Anna Tsivileva, who is also the Chairman of the State Fund “Defenders of the Fatherland”, visited competition sites of the first professional skills championship”Abilimpiks-2025” for veterans of the special military operation (SVO) organized at the manufacturing and training center of the Kazan Helicopter plant.

On 29 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) Yevgeniy Ditrikh took part in a ceremony of handing in 10 new MI-8MVT-1 helicopters  to five Russian companies according to the contract between the Russian Helicopters holding of the Rostekh state Corporation and the STLC.

On July 28, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of St Petersburg International Commodity Exchange Igor Artemyev discussed the pressing issues of interaction and signed a cooperation agreement between the Government of Tatarstan and St Petersburg International Commodity Exchange.

On July 28, in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Tatneftekhiminvest-holding which considered innovative projects and solutions for the petrochemical industry as well as for training specialists.

On 26 July, speaking at a meeting held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov reported about progress of harvesting campaign, forage conservation and results of cattle breeding branch in the republic for the first six month of 2025.

He informed that practically all regions of the republic have started harvesting grain crops such as winter wheat, peas, barley and winter rye, having threshed 82 thousand hectares or 7% of the plan and threshing 388 thousand tons of grain with the average yield of 47.3 centners per hectare.

On 25 July by an invitation from the Russian Government, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the International Ecological Conference held by the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin in the Republic of Altay.

Also participating in the conference are Prime Ministers of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan as their partner-countries are interacting in ecological issues both bilaterally and in international amalgamations.

On 25 July the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov as the head of a delegation from the republic, which comprises the Plenipotentiary Representative of Tatarstan to Russia Ravil Akhmetshin, the Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev. The Head of Tetyushi region of the republic Ramil Safiullin, the Member of the Russian State Duma from Tatarstan Ruslan Gadjiev and the philanthropist Rafael Faisov, came on a working trip to the   Novorossiysk Navy base where the delegation met the Deputy Commander of the Russian Black Sea Fleet Rear Admiral Ildar Akhmerov and Commander of the Base Rear Admiral Viktor Kochemazov as well as the military personnel of the base including natives of Tatarstan.

On 23 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic held with participation of the regional Minister of Education and Science and some rectors of universities of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of Russian Academy of Education (RAE) Olga Vasilyeva discussed issues of further development of the higher school, educational school standards and other topics important for the education system.

On 23 July during his working trip to Kazan, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Vitaliy Savelyev  accompanied by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the project of a new passenger terminal on the Kazan International Airport.

On 22 July His Holiness the Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, accompanied by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Director General of the KAMAZ Automaker Sergey Kogogin and other officials, visited a polygon of the KAMAZ scientific and technological center in Naberezhnye Chelny where he looked round the exposition of KAMAZ trucks and tested on of them by driving it.
