On 21 March upon his arrival on a working trip to Hanoi, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov went to the Ho Shi Min Mausoleum and laid flowers there to pay tribute to the First President of North Vietnam.
On 19 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mufti of the republic Kamil Samigullin attended the XIII regional Iftar organized by the Tatarstan Muslims Spiritual Board, the Administration of the Ak Bars stadium and the national tourist complex Tugan Avylym (Native Village) at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center.
On 19 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, the Aid to the Rais Ravil Zaripov and other officials visited the Engineering Center Aircraft Interiors established in October 2023 and being a part of Group of companies “Itelma”
On 19 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Mufti of the republic Kamil Samigullin, the regional Deputy Prime Minister Vasil Shaykhraziev, who is also the Chairman of the National Council of the World Tatar Congress, the Deputy Chairman of the regional State Council Marat Akhmetov and more than 1 500 imams from the whole republic took part in the IХ congress of the Tatarstan Muslims Spiritual Board.
On 19 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of Laishevo region Ildus Zaripov, the Minister of Science and Education of the republic Ilsur Khadillin and the Head of the Directorate for Work with Territories Ilnur Garipov visited the Umka kindergarten for 220 children in Laishevo region of Tatarstan.
On 19 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin and other officials got acquainted with construction progress of the first section of Kazan Metro second line at the station 100 Years of TASSR.
On 18 March in the evening the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin and the Chairman of the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Russia Ravil Gaynutdin took part in a traditional charity project of “The Ramadan Tent “in Moscow which is organized annually by the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Moscow with the support of the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Russia and the Government of Moscow by the Memorial Mosque on Poklonnaya Gora.
On March 18, Russian Ministry of Emergency hosted a video-conference on readiness for seasonal risks, which was headed by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev with participation of the Head of the Russian Emergency department Aleksandr Kurenkov, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Head of the Chief Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for Tatarstan Irek Kadamov taking part in videoconference mode.
On 18 March, during his working rip to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a strategic session “The advanced development of road, communal and social infrastructure and cities master-plans” held by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
On 18 March in his address on the occasion of the reunification of the Crimea with Russia, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated residents of the republic with the event and said: “It has been eleven years since at the All-Crimea referendum the residents of the peninsular made their choice for reunification of the Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol with Russia. This opened a new page in the centuries long chronicles of the Black Sea territories. Courage and faith, dedication to the memory of heroic ancestors and love to our common Fatherland are the moving forces which helped Crimea residents to meet a challenge of that difficult period. “The Crimea Spring” of 2014 has become the most important milestone in history of modern Russia.
