On 20 June, speaking at his meeting with the Director General of the MTS Company Inesa Galaktionova, who is also the Chairperson of the Company Board on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “In Tatarstan about 2m resident are MTS subscribers which makes about 33 per cent of the market. I want to thank you for long time cooperation.” 

On 20 June at their meeting on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev discussed organization and holding of Kazan International Energy Forum ENERGOPROM in 2026. 

On 19 June at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was shown the new domestic manufactured car LADA Aura. 

Earlier the republic signed a contract on purchasing 80 cars of this brand and today’s car was the first to be handed in. 

On 19 June, speaking at his meeting with the President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized: “We are doing systemic work in implementation of the Plan as much as it is possible under the current conditions. We have prepared the list of participants of a working group for the development of cooperation with the Republika Srpska with participation of concerned ministries and directorates of Tatarstan. Our Ministry of Trade and Industry is preparing a visit of our delegation to your republic.”

On 19 June, speaking at his meeting with the President of the largest metallurgical state corporation of Indonesia Krakatau Steel Muhamad Akbar Djoan on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized: “Our republic is open for investments and innovations and is always ready to share its experience.” 

On 19 June at their meeting on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Deputy Minister of Trade of Turkey Mustafa Tuzcu discussed current joint projects. 

On 19 June on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the  Chairman of the PSB Bank Petr Fradkov, who is also the Chairman of the All Russia Field Athletics Federation, signed an agreement on cooperation in physical culture and sport between the Government of the republic and the Federation which envisages construction of the indoor field athletics arena meeting the requirements for hosting stages of world championships.

On 19 June at their meeting on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of Dom.RF Company Vitaliy Mutko discussed current situation in and the development of the construction branch in the country.

On 19 June on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport (FAMART)  Andrey Tarasenko signed an agreement between the Government of the republic and  the FAMART on the development of transshipping terminals in river ports of the republic, which envisages intentions of the parties in data exchange, joint consultations, the establishment of joint working group when needed with the aim of the development of port infrastructure. 

On 19 June, speaking at his meeting with the Director General of the VK (In Contact) Company Vladimir Kirienko on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized:”One of important spheres today is introduction of domestic digital solutions, including those in state and municipal power bodies. Today we are preparing the replacement of a foreign mail server by our domestic solution. And it is very important to set up an interaction with IT industry leaders and the VK Company is one of them.”
