On 18 July, speaking at his meeting with Russian Senators and members of the Russian State Duma from Tatarstan held in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the senators and members for the work they are doing. In particular he emphasized their contribution into taking decisions important for the republic, the development of the new Special Economic Zone (SEZ) “The Green Valley” in Zainsk region of the republic, facilitation of implementation of infrastructural projects in Mendeleevsk and attraction of federal money by the 1119 programme.
On 17 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the 11th meeting of Tatarstan State Council spring session held by the Chairman of the Council Farid Mukhametshin and which considered 16 issues.
On 17 July in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Merited Master of Sports of Russia, the Grand Slam doubles major champion at the 2025 Wimbledon Championships where she won with Elise Mertens, Veronika Kudermetova, her coach and parents.
On 16 July ahead of start of the 2025/2026 season of the Russian Premier League the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the team of the Kazan Rubin Football Club at the team base area, where he stated that in the last season footballers demonstrated a stable and confident play. “First of all I would like to thank players and the coaches for the last season. It was a difficult one but our team was worthy. You showed real dedication on the pitch, the players fought hard. Thank you so much for your perseverance and diligence,” he said.

On 14 July during his working trip to Naberezhnyye Chelny the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the RariTek Holding car manufacturing plant where he was demonstrated the plant shops and drove a new Lotos truck.
On 14 July during his working trip to Naberezhnyye Chelny the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the progress of construction of the Islamic spiritual and educational center which comprises a mosque which can accommodate up to 4 thousand believers and a muhhtasib’s building.
The main construction work began in 2017 and currently work on the external cladding of the mosque's facade continues.
After Rustam Minnikhanov talked to builders of the complex, he gave an errand to support the construction completion.
On 14 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited The Pathfinder recreation camp in Tukayevskiy region.
The facility for 560 children was put into operation in 1988. Over the years it has fallen into disrepair and is currently not functioning as it requires major repairs.
On 14 July, speaking at his meeting with a delegation from Uzbekistan headed by the Deputy Foreign Minister of the country Olimjon Abdullayev held in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the leadership of Uzbekistan for the attention it attaches to the development of cooperation with Tatarstan aimed at strengthening friendly Russia-Uzbekistan relations.
