On 11 July on the eve of the Russian Football Super Cup play between the CSKA and Krasnodar football clubs to be held at the Ak Bars Arena in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  and the President of the Russian Football Union Aleksandr Dyukov signed an agreement on cooperation in the development of football. 

On 12 July at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of Sixth General Court of Cassation Magomed Magomedov discussed a number of working issues, the development of the judicial system, as well as cooperation at the regional level.

On 11 July, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated that the first place of Tatarstan in the rating of industrial policy efficiency is the merit of the entire large team of our republic.

On the beginning of the current week a delegation from the republic took part in the International Industrial Exhibiton INNOPROM in Yekaterinburg, where the Rissna Ministry of Industry and Trade summarized results of the rating of efficiency of the implementation industrial policy in Russian entities on 2024 and Tatarstan topped the rating, moving up 5 positions at once.

On 9 July Russian Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev and the the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met participants of inter-university summer school of engineers of the energy of the future “INZHIR-2025”  organized at Kazan State Power Engineering University.

On 9 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov and the regional Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, IT and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin took part in a solemn ceremony of launching 70 basic mobile stations in small rural settlements of the republic built by the federal programme of elimination of digital inequality.

On 9 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the International Agribusiness Exhibition AgroVolga-2025 traditionally held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, where he handed in 105 new business cars to agribusiness specialists from the Directorate of Agriculture and Food of the republic, the Directorate of Rostekhnadzor of the republic and Chief Directorate of Veterinary of the regional Cabinet of Ministers.

On 7 July on the sidelines of the15th International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of Chelyabinsk region Aleksey Teksler signed an Activities Plan for 2025-2027 for implementation of the Cooperation Agreement signed by Tatarstan and the region. 

On 8 July in his address dedicated to the Day of the Family, Love and Fidelity, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated residents of the republic with the event and said: “This kind holiday based on a heart-melting story of love of spouses Petr and Fevronia has long gone beyond the being a religious and turned into a country-wide event uniting representatives of various ethnicities and religions.

On 7 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Yekaterinburg, looked round mounts of the 15th International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM. 

On 6 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Yekaterinburg to take part in the 15th International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM, together with the Acting Governor of Sverdlovsk region Denis Paster participated in the regional Sabantuy fest which is held annually by the decree of the Governor of the region since 2005.
