On January 12, at the site of a special economic zone, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of Supervisory Board of Alabuga Special Economic Zone, where two projects were considered and supported.

On 12 January during his working trip to the Special Economic Zone of Alabuga, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the new production of remotely-piloted aerial vehicles which can solve tasks in monitoring wild fires, in aerial photography, delivery of goods, agriculture, protection and monitoring and inspection of infrastructure and entertainment and science. In the future it is planned to manufacture up to 1 000 unites a years. 

The State Counselor of Tatarstan, the First President of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev has sent a telegramme of condolences to the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov on the occasion the death of Murtaza Rakhimov , in which he said:

Congratulating workers of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said: “Russian prosecution is one of the key institutes of law-enforcement system of our country, which are permanently on guard of the state and public security. The best representatives of the prosecutors pool have been always marked with high professionalism and fidelity to their duty, courage and decency.

On 11 January Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited cultural heritage sites under restoration in the center of Kazan, where he got explanations about the restoration and reconstruction of three sites, which are federal level cultural heritage sites, given by the Chairman of the regional Committee on Protection the cultural heritage sites Ivan Guschin.

On January 10, at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Khokim of the Jizzakh region of Uzbekistan Ergash Saliev discussed the issues of developing trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation between the regions.

Speaking at a briefing on issues of implementation of  the programme of Tatarstan complete gasification held in the Government house of the republic, Director General of the Gazprom Transgas Kazan Company Rustem Usmanov has said that as of today residents of the republic have submitted more than 17 000 applications for gasification, the gas pipelines have been laid to 12 000 land plots and 6 000 households have been connected to gas supply. 

Speaking at a meeting in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has touched the issues of paying special attention to consumed heat supply resources and correctness of utility bills.

On 9 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government house of the republic, regional Minister of Agriculture Marat Zyabbarov informed that for the first time Tatarstan agricultural gross output – including all kinds of ownerships - has exceeded 300bn roubles, reaching 307.9bn compared to 248.8bn in 2021 and 264.3bn in 2020.
