On 20 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Consul General of Turkey in Kazan Ismet Erikan discussed issues of strengthening cooperation, development of business contacts, including those in humanitarian sphere.

On 18 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Aide to the President of the Russian Federation Igor Levitin took part in a ceremonial opening of XXI table tennis individual and team competitions held in the Settlement of Bogatye Saby of Tatarstan.

On March 18, Innopolis hosted the 21st expert council on startups dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone. Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov, Director General of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone Renat Khalimov, Mayor of Innopolis Ruslan Shagaleev and other invited experts took part in the selection of the best projects for their further development in the IT city.

On 17 March during his working trip to Samara, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Council under the Russian Presidential Envoy in the Volga Federal District. 

On March 17, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic Shamil Gafarov took part in the first meeting of the organizing committee chaired by Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadayev on preparation for the international forum Kazan Digital Week – 2023.

On March 17, during his working visit to Samara, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Head of the Kuibyshev Railway - the branch of Russian Railways Vyacheslav Dmitriev.

On March 16, speaking at a meeting with the Governor of Ulyanovsk region Aleksey Russkikh held in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan and the Ulyanovsk region historically have good partnership relations.

On 16 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Russian Spiritual Board of Muslims, the Chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia Ravil Gaynutdin discussed issues of cooperation in strengthening inter-ethnic and inter-confessional concord, development of Islamic education and a number of other important topics.

During his trip to Kazan Ravil Gaynutdin will visit the Kazan representative office of the Bolgar Islamic Academy and will take part in a meeting of the Academy Board of Founders.

On 16 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session of the Russia Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Center.

Participants of the forum discussed important issues of development of domestic venture market under current challenging environment, stating in particular the necessity of restoring the entire system of industrial and technological ties broken as a result of sanction limitations. Another important topic was import replacement and development of special investment regimes.

On 16 March, speaking at the opening ceremony of the of the Russia Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that this even has been held since 2005 and today has become a key event for presentation of innovative developments.
