On 6 February in the Cultural Center Art Space of Innopolis Tatarstan  Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Head of the Verkhniy Uslon region of the republic Marat Ziatdinov, the Prosecutor of Verkhniy Uslon region Vasiliy Egorov, members of the city council and its residents took part in a summarizing meeting of the Innopolis city council.

On February 6, at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Rais (the Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Ambassador of Libya to the Russian Federation Emhemed A.E. Almaghrawi discussed the issues of long-term cooperation under the Russian-Libyan relations, the implementation of a number of projects, as well as mutual cooperation.

On February 6, at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Rais (the Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan  Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Board of Discover Events, President of the Association of Organizers of International Exhibitions of Turkey Yunus Ete, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan on February 6-7, discussed further cooperation.

On February 6, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Rais (Head) Rustam Minnikhanov and Director of the Red Square Chapter Russia motorcycle club Sergey Pisarenko discussed the joint projects as well as issues of further cooperation.

On 6 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced to the staff of the regional Healthcare Ministry the Acting Minister of Healthcare of the republic Marsel Minullin.

On 6 February Rais (the Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan  Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the regional organizing committee for preparation and holding the International multi-sports tournament the Games of the Future  held in the Government house of the republic  with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitriy Chernyshenko joining the meeting via videoconference.

On 6 February at their meeting in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan Rais (Head) Rustam Minnikhanov and Director of the Scientific and Technological Center of Unique Instrumentation of the Russian Academy of Sciences Marat Bulatov  discussed issues of innovative developments and their use in various spheres of economy of the republic. They also discussed cooperation with Tatarstan universities, training specialists and attracting and involving talented youth into scientific research.

On 4 January Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in unveiling the memorial plaque of the Hero of the Soviet Union Lieutenant General Gani Safiullin in Kazan.

The event coincided with the 80th anniversary of the crushing defeat of the German-Fascist troops in the Stalingrad battle and, speaking at the event, Tatarstan President said that the memorial plaque of the Hero of the Soviet Union Safiullin is paying homage to him. “His feats will be remembered forever,” he said.

On 4 February, speaking at a meeting in the Government house of the republic, Chairwoman of Tatarstan Public Chamber Zilya Valeeva reported about results of the competition for the best New-Year event and festive decorations held among municipalities, enterprises and organizations of the republic from 16 December 2022 to 15 January 2023.

On 4 February, speaking at a meeting in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that one of the important tasks of the government was provision of public safety.
