On March 2, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in the Republic of Tajikistan, was met by Deputy Prime Minister of Tajikistan Sulaimon Ziyozoda, Minister of Industry of the republic Sherali Kabir and Russian Ambassador to Tajikistan Semyon Grigoryev at the International Airport in Dushanbe.

On 1 March, speaking at a collegium of the Tatarstan Ministry of Youth Affairs, which summarized results of the Ministry’s work in 2023 and set forth tasks for 2023 and was held in Kazan with participation of the Deputy Head of the Federal Agency on Youth Affairs Damir Fattakhov and the Russian Deputy Presidential envoy in the Volga Federal District Oleg Mashkovtsev (who joined the meeting by a video conference) , the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov said  that youth policy has always been and is a priority in our work and Tatarstan is one of the leaders of the country in efficiency of its implementation.

On 1 March, speaking at a collegium of the Tatarstan State Committee on Bioresources, which summarized results of the Committee’s work in 2022 and set forth tasks for 2023, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin said that one can hardly overestimate work of the Committee in provision of biological diversity and favourable living environment for residents of the republic as Tatarstan is the industrially developed region with high anthropogenic load on the ecosystems.

On March 1, in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn settlement of multi-apartment house built under investments of the State Housing Fund under the social mortgage programme, where 70 out of 255 apartments are allocated for teacher staff.

On March 1, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with Head of Tatarstan Rais’s Administration Asgat Safarov and representatives of the main religious denominations of the republic discussed issues of interfaith interaction and other topical issues.

On February 28, at their meeting, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Board of the All-Russian Public-State Movement of Children and Youth "Movement of the First" Grigory Gurov discussed issues of youth agenda, development of various areas for youth and teenagers, issues of education of patriotism among the young generation.

They also discussed the issues of organizing youth leisure, creating popular public spaces, parks and squares, sports grounds, and other modern infrastructure.

On March 27, speaking at a summing up meeting of Russian Army, Air Force and Navy Volunteer Society of Tatarstan, First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin emphasized that the Society is the largest organization on the basis of which a new system of preliminary military training of young people is being created, including military-patriotic education, the development of military-applied sports, training in military specialties for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

On February 27, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the reporting session on the results of the socio-economic development of the capital of Tatarstan in 2022 and setting tasks for 2023.

On February 27, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of administration of the Soviet district of Kazan Roman Fatkhutdinov visited the overhauled building of the administration of the District, assessed the quality of the repair works and got acquainted with the work of the institution.

On 24 February speaking at a summarizing meeting of the Naberezhnyye Chelny City council, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rutsam Minnikhanov said that SMEs are developing successfully in the city.
