In the Kazan Kremlin Rustam Minnikhanov has handed in state awards to the most distinguished Tatarstan residents

On 12 July at the event dedicated to celebrations of the Day of Russia in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov handed in state awards to the most distinguished Tatarstan residents.

Welcoming those awarded, Rustam Minnikhanov said that in this remarkable day we are proudly honoring the outstanding Tatarstan residents – representatives of different generations and different professions. ”I would like to thank each of you for your fruitful work for the benefit of the native republic and descent contribution into development of our country. Today Tatarstan is one on the main entities of Russia in many indicators. This would be impossible without the support and help of the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Federal Government headed by Mikhail Mishustin,” he said.
Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that it is the second year that our country is struggling against Neo-Nazism for its sovereignty and the future. “Today we have here with us participants of the special military operation who decently continue traditions established by our ancestors, the generation of winners. We are proud of you,” the Rais of the republic said.

Honoring the command personnel of the Higher Armor and Suvorov Military Schools, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that no matter where the Motherland sends their graduates they are always becoming an example of honor, selflessness and real heroism.

He expressed special words of gratitude to workers of the law enforcement bodies, representatives of traditional Tatarstan confessions, public figures and workers of science and healthcare, industry, construction and agriculture who make their important contributions into the development of Tatarstan and the country.

In conclusion Rustam Minnikhanov wished everybody good health, happiness and new achievements.
