On 21 December Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Investors Club of the republic held at the Kazan Palace by Tasigo. 

Summarizing results of the current year, the Head of the Tatarstan Investments Development Agency Taliya Minullina stressed that the republic shows confident stability and growth of main macro-economic indicators, which became possible also due to private investors.

On 21 December Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, accompanied by the Healthcare Minister of the republic Marat Sadykov, regional Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin, the Head of Office of the regional Cabinet of Ministers Shamil Gafarov, visited the Regional Clinical Hospital in Kazan, where the chief medical officer of the hospital Rafael Shavaliev told him about implementation of the digitalization project by HIMSS standards.

On December 21, at the Korston Entertainment Complex in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the Christmas Tree of Wishes voluntary campaign and took cards with wishes of children from the tree.

On 21 December Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and Prime-Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the XVII congress of the Association of «Council of Tatarstan Municipalities” held in the Korston recreation center in Kazan.

On 20 December Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, who is the member of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO and the UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Inter-cultural Dialogue, took part in a meeting of the Commission held by Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov in Moscow.

On 20 December, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated workers and old stagers of the Russia Federal Security Service with their professional holiday and said: “Security bodies have always been the most important part of the state administration. Protection of national interests and security of the state, provision of inviolability of the constitutionally established state order, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Russia as well as preservation of stability in society are your sacred duty and honorary liability”.

On 19 December Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Emergencies Aleksandr Kurenkov took part in a solemn ceremony of awarding winners of XIV All-Russia Festival in security and saving people “Constellation of Courage” held in the Pyramid Recreation Center in Kazan.

On December 19, near the Pyramid complex in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters, Lieutenant-General Aleksander Kurenkov and representatives of the ministry in the republic took part in a solemn ceremony of handing in the keys to special vehicles to the fire and rescue garrison units of Tatarstan.

On December 18, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and congratulated the Amir and the citizens on Qatar National Day.

On December 18, Tatarstan President, Chairman of the Russia-Islamic World Strategic Vision Group Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit on Qatar National Day as an honored guest, was met by HE the Minister of State Sheikh Fahad bin Faisal Al-Thani and the Russian Ambassador to Qatar Dmitry Dogadkin at the International airport.
