On 14 February at their meeting in the Government house of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of the Ship Depot Maintenance Shop Company named after Kuybyshev Sergey Fofanov discussed issues of development of the company and further steps in mutually beneficial cooperation.

On February 14, in the building of the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of Kazan Federal University, Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the solemn event dedicated to launching the Year of Teacher and Mentor in Tatarstan.

On 14 February, speaking to journalists at a traditional briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Tatarstan Investments Development Agency (TIDA) Taliya Minullina  told that the ХIV International economic forum “Russia-Islamic world: KazanForum 2023”  to be held at the Kazan Expo on 18-20 May this year will comprise about 200 events.

“We are planning discussions on Islamic finances and this must be one of the most important sessions prepared by the Central Bank. The track will be dedicated to partnership financing as an alternative to traditional financial instruments,” she said.

On 14 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a regular meeting of the Association for Facilitation of Digital development held at Kazan State Power Engineering University and dedicated to development of university technological entrepreneurship in Tatarstan.

On 14 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Rector of Kazan State Power Engineering University Edvard Abdullazyanov and the Director of the Traffic Safety state-financed institution Rifkat Minnikhanov laid flowers to the Memorial dedicated to power industry workers which is located in the yard of the university in Kazan.

On 14 February at their meeting in the Government house of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of the Russian Power System Operator Company Feodor Opadchiy discussed issues of the development of the energy system of the republic.

On 13 February at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Republic of Adygea Murat Kumpilov discussed issues of strengthening the inter-regional cooperation.

On 13 February the Head of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov took part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the Fedor Shalyapin Monument in Kazan dedicated to the 150th birthday of the great opera singer.

On February 13, the Rais (the Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with Tatarstan Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova, Head of the Office of Tatarstan Rais Asgat Safarov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and other officials took part in a solemn ceremony of unveiling the memorial plaque to Fyodor Shalyapin, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of the famous opera singer.

On February 13, the Rais (the Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Rybnaya Sloboda region of the republic to take part in the meeting of the Council on the results of social and economic development of Rybnaya-Sloboda municipal region in 2022 and tasks for 2023.
