Rustam Minnikhanov meets the new team of the succession pool

On 13 June at his meeting with the new succession pool of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan (Succession pool of professional managers), Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated everyone who was included into the pool and wished them constructive work. He emphasized that the republic attaches great attention to the choice and training of the managerial staff, the pool of whom has been comprised for ten years already.

“I am sure the pool will help you to show your best qualities, to get valuable consultations from your mentors, new knowledge and contacts and implement your ideas and initiatives for the good of our republic,” he said. 

Informing Rustam Minnikhanov about the present succession pool, the Head of the Department of the Public Service and Staff by the Office of the Rais of the republic Aleksandr Belov briefly informed that this year 23 people were chosen from 266 participants, representing the real sector of economy, power bodies, public, educational and other organizations.

On the top of special training with experts, the members of the pool will pass training in organizations and enterprises, power bodies or municipalities of the republic, which will help them to understand what problems the managers are facing.

At the meeting every member of the pool briefly told Rustam Minnikhanov about him- or herself and their projects. 

The Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Head of the Office of the Rais of the republic Asgat Safarov and the Head of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic Shamil Gafarov also took part in the meeting.
