Tatarstan and the Kamchatka Territory sign an Agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation

On September 6, at their meeting on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of the Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Solodov signed an Agreement between Tatarstan and the Kamchatka Territory on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation.

“Our enterprises have great interest in increasing cooperation with your region. Interregional trade turnover is still small. Tatarstan supplies spare parts for KAMAZ trucks, trucks, buses and tyres. We import fish and processed fish products from the Kamchatka Territory. We are ready to increase the supply of KAMAZ trucks and spare parts for them, to develop cooperation in shipbuilding, including engines working on LNG, to cooperate in energy, construction and infrastructure projects,” Minnikhanov said, addressing the governor of the Kamchatka Territory.
