Aleksey Pesoshin congratulates employees and old stagers of Customs Service with their professional holiday

On 26 January in his address Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of Customs Service of the republic with their professional holiday – the International Customs Officer’s  Day  and wrote: “For the first time the International Customs Officer’s Day was celebrated in 1983 when the World Customs Organizations became 30 years old.

This holiday symbolizes high level of trust from the society and the state to people who guard economic interests of the country and ensure legality and order in foreign economic activity.

The current economic situation presents customs officers with challenging tasks and requires hard work, high responsibility, honesty and dedication to solve them.

Due to your professionalism Russia efficiently protects its economic borders, develops foreign trade and supports equal and transparent relations with international partners

The increase in the level of investment attractiveness of the region and the development of international relations mostly depend on high-quality and efficient work of the customs service, the use of advanced customs technologies and new forms and methods of work necessary to accelerate trade turnover.

With your conscientious work you deserve the most sincere words of gratitude,” Aleksey Pesoshin wrote and wished Customs employees and their families good health and prosperity, inexhaustible energy, success in service and new professional achievements.
