On January 23, in the Kazan City Hall, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn ceremony, dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the foundation of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

Before the start of the event, Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Directorate of the Russian Investigation Committee for the republic Valery Lipsky got acquainted with a thematic exhibition located in the hall.

Lipsky welcomed the ceremony participants.

Welcoming the event participants, the Rais of Tatarstan emphasized that over the years, the agency has proven itself a reliable guarantor of law and order, taking its rightful place among other law enforcement agencies. "The results you have achieved confirm the relevance of the creation of the Investigative Committee and its significance. Your work contributes to increasing trust in investigative bodies and the entire law enforcement system of the country," Minnikhanov said.

Rustam Minnikhanov thanked everyone for their commitment to high professional standards and their uncompromising struggle for justice and wished the Investigative Department employees and their families good health and well-being.

The awarding ceremony took place, where state awards of Tatarstan and the Certificates of Appreciation from the Rais of Tatarstan were handed in to the most distinguished employees of the department.
