He said that the parameter of the snowpack and water in it exceed the norm by 1.5-2 times and the water level has already started rising in some rivers. The Rais of the republic said that in the following days there will be rains and temperature rise which will cause snow melting and the highest water levels are expected to exceed normal parameters from 16 to 77 centimeters.

On March 29, at the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Tatneftekhiminvest holding, where he got acquainted with new projects in chemistry, electronics and IT, among them are components for Li-on batteries, disposal of organochlorine waste, supercomputer calculations, two-story 3D printer and digital deposit.

On 27 March during his working trip to Surxondaryo region of Uzbekistan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited a number of local industrial grounds. 

At the Termez National Carpets Company he was told that the plat manufactures up to 2.2 million meters of carpets also exporting them to Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.

On 27 March, speaking at his meeting with the Hokim of the Surxondaryo region Ulugbek Qosimov during his working trip to Uzbekistan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the administration of the region for a warm welcome given to the Tatarstan delegation and congratulated him with the Holy month of Ramadan.
