On 8 July, in her congratulations to residents of the republic with the Day of Russian Family, Love and Fidelity, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote: “This bright day, marking the feat of Saints Peter and Fevronia of Murom, embodies the ideals of true family values: devotion and care, mutual understanding and harmony. In our multi-ethnic Tatarstan the family has always been and is the foundation of the society reliable keeper of spiritual and moral principles and cultural traditions.

On 7 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Social Adaptation Center BlagoDaryu (Doing good things) in Derbyshki.

The supported living project has been implemented in the republic since 2022 with the support of the Rais of the republic. It aims to create conditions for the greatest possible independence, employment, and social integration for young people with mental disabilities, and the Director of the Center Gulnara Galiakhmetova, who accompanied Rustam Minnikahnov during his visit, told that currently 13 people - graduates of social care institutions for children and adults – are taking part in the project. Young people are living together with specialists in two apartments in Kazan and a house in Derbyshki.

On 7 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with participants of the III International Children’s football tournament “The East Cup” held for 10-11 year old kids, which was established by the Rubin Football Club and the Ministry of Sports of the republic in 2024. 

On 7 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with participants of the educational programme “Talent for the economy of the future”, the second module of which has started in the Kazan campus of the School 21 for more than 110 branch managers responsible for staffing the regional economic and social sectors, developing human capital, and adapting the labor market to technological changes all over the country.

On 6 July, at his meeting with the Director General of Yandex Transport Denis Kasimov on the sidelines of the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom in Yekaterinburg, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was demonstrated a system of the intellectual transport infrastructure which enables real-time tracking of public transport, fosters the adoption of contactless fare payment, and improves payment habits through the implementation of convenient, high-tech solutions.

On 6 July, speaking at his meeting with the Governor of Sverdlovsk region Denis Pasler on the sidelines of the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom in Yekaterinburg, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that the region is a strategic partner of the republic. “We have high volumes of mutual supplies of goods and services, as well as robust trade turnover. Your region boasts a developed industrial sector and an exceptionally rich mineral and raw material base. There is every opportunity to expand trade and economic ties,” he said. 

On 6 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived to Yekaterinburg to take part in the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom which will work till 9 July. 

Accompanied by the Minister of Industry and trade of the republic Oleg Korobchenko, Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the exposition of the Forum at the International Exhibition Center “Yekaterinburg EXPO” and was told about the stand of Tatarstan at the exhibition held with participation of more than 30 enterprises, such as Elekon, the Ak Bars Shipbuilding Corporation, KazanCompressorMash, ICl Techno, Yelabuga Battery Plant and others.

On 4 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of Mordovia Artyom Zdunov met participants of the youth forum “Mordovia-Tatarstan”. 

The main task of the forum, the first of which was held in Tatarstan last year, is strengthening of inter-ethnic peace, mutual understanding and concord between representatives of various ethnicities. Special attention is paid to fostering in students a sense of patriotism and respect for the cultural heritage and traditions of the peoples of Russia.

On 4 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the Tatar national holiday Sabantuy in Mordovia where there are more than 500 Tatar villages, three public organizations and regional national and cultural autonomy of the Tatars “Yaktashlar (Compatriots) which was organized in 1991. 

Accompanied by the Head of Mordovia Artyom Zdunov, Rustam Minnikhanov looked round Tatar homesteads of Nurlat region from Tatarstan and Lyambir region of Mordovia, where they were shown national customs. 

On 4 July the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working trip to Mordovia, where in the Village of Aksenovo he together with the Head of the republic Artyom Zdunov laid flowers to the monument to combat veterans and paid tribute to those who fell during the war.
