On 21 December at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Minister of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan Sherali Kabir discussed issues of interaction of their republics in a number of spheres, expansion of mutual trade and strengthening of industrial cooperation.

On 21 December, speaking at a regular meeting  held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Institute of the Development of Tatarstan Cities Nailya Zinnatullinna reported that 5 thousand 174 yards have been improved in the republic for five years of the Our Yard programme.

On 21 Decembert after a mass attack of unmanned flying vehicles on Kazan the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin visited an operational headquarter at the emergency site at the cross section of Vzlyotnaya and Patris Lumumba Streets in the city. 

On 20 December at his meeting with the Director General of the Grid Company of the republic Ilshat Fairdieyv in the Kazan Kremlin on the eve of the Day of the Energy Worker, Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev congratulated him not only with the holiday but also with 25th years of his work in the energy system of the republic.

On 20 December before a meeting of the Russian State Council presided by Russian President Vladimir Putin  in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the All-Russia charity action “The Fir Tree of Wishes” and took post cards with wishes of three children from the New Year tree.

On 20 December at a meeting of the Commission on prevention and mitigation of emergencies and ensuring fire safety in Tatarstan held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via video conference, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin said that the today’s meeting is to discuss ensuring fire safety during New Year and Christmas holidays and children’s winter holidays.

On 20 December in his address to Russian security officials, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin on behalf of the Government of the republic congratulated them with their professional holiday and wrote: “Security bodies have always been a reliable support for the state. Representatives of this vocation are people in the shadows but their service is extremely important for the order in our country.

On 19 December, speaking at the XIX congress of the Association of the Tatarstan Council of Municipalities held at the Korston recreation Center in Kazan with participation of the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has informed that the Government of the republic has taken a decision to launch a new programme of 10bn rubles modernization of the housing utilities sector infrastructure.

On 19 December, speaking at the XIX congress of the Association of the Tatarstan Council of Municipalities held with participation of the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the main challenge for all of us under current conditions is the successful completion of the special military operation (SMO) and the whole country is mobilized for providing a victory.

On 19 December the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in a ceremony of handing in new 29 trolleybuses manufactured in Belarus to the City of Kazan held in front of the City Hall.
