On 24 April during his working trip to Uzbekistan the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the new Medical Education Center which opened at the branch of Kazan Federal University in the city of Jizzakh on 10 October 2022.

On 24 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Uzbekistan took part in a ceremony of opening the Technical Park in the city of Jizzakh, which was established as a result of the previous visit of Rustam Minnikhanov in October 2022 when at their meeting the President of Uzbeskistan and the Rais of Tatarstan came to an agreement to establish the second joint technical park.

On 23 April upon his arrival to a working trip to Uzbekistan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was met at the Tashkent International Airport by Uzbekistan Deputy Prime Minister Jamshid Xodjayev and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Uzbekistan Oleg Malginov. 

The main aim of the visit of a delegation from Tatarstan is to take part in the International Industrial Exhibition “Innoprom. Central Asia” where nearly 70 companies and the exposition represent the republic.  

On 22 April, speaking at a video conference held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin said that 91 424 people voted in the online voting for choosing public territories to be improved in 2024.

On 22 April, speaking at a ceremonial event on the occasion of the Day of Self Government  held in the Korston Recreation Center in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the representatives of municipalities community of the republic with their professional holiday and stressed that the role of municipalities in life of the republic can hardly be overestimated, as the municipality is the basis and the foundation.

On April 21, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and Director General of Kazmetrostroy Marat Rakhimov took part in the ceremony of exiting the tunneling boring machine on the second branch of the Kazan metro from the station «Zilant» to the station «Academicheskaya.

On 21 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremonial Eid al-Fitr namaz held by the Chairman of the Tatarstan Spiritual Board of Muslims and Mufti of Tatarstan Kamil Samigullin in Galeev Mosque in Kazan. 

In his congratulation with Eid al-Fitr the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “Dear Tatarstan residents! Dear compatriots! From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you with the end of the Lent and Eid al-Fitr . For millions of Muslims the sacred month of Ramadan has been always filled with spiritual self-perfecting and merciful deeds.

On 20 April at their meeting in Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to the Russian capital and Director General of the R1 group of companies and the founder of the BROZEX group of companies Vyacheslav Brozovskiy discussed issues of cooperation in implementation of investments projects in Tatarstan in particular a project of construction of a large industrial-logistics center in the Tura 2.0 Industrial Park in Zelenodolsk region of the republic.

On 20 April at their meeting in Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to the Russian capital, and the Chairman of the Board of the VTB Bank Andrey Kostin discussed issues of further interaction, including implementation of new investment projects in Tatarstan.
