On 13 April, speaking at his meeting with the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Belarus Boris Gryzlov, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan  Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to Belarus, said: "  “Cooperation between Russia and Belarus continues to develop based on principles of openness, equality and mutual respect and their interaction and integration processes become more sizable. And you as the Russian Ambassador to Mink deserve big credit for this. We hope that cooperation between Tatarstan and Belarus also facilitates strengthening of Russia-Belarus relations”. 

On 12 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the children’s musical school №1 after P. Tchaikovsky in Kazan, which was opened with participation of People’s Artists of Russia Denis Matsuev and Konstantin Khabenskiy after capital overhaul on 17 October 2022.

On 12 April, in his congratulatory address to residents of the republic with the Cosmonautics Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said: “On behalf of the Government of the republic and me personally I congratulate you with this event. This day reminds about huge scientific and technological breakthrough made due to work and courage of cosmonauts, talent and mastery of scientists and all employees of the aerospace branch.

On 11 April at their meeting in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of Agency of Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects (ASI) Cvetlana Chupsheva, who came on working visit to Kazan to take part in opening the Regional Forum “Alga (ahead)! Off we go!”, discussed prospects of cooperation between the republic and the Agency, in particular increasing investments attraction of the republic and implementation of projects in improvement the population quality of life.

On 11 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Agriculture Marat Zyabbarov informed that this year Tatarstan will allocate 37bn rubles on spring sowing campaign.

On 11 April at their meeting in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to the Russian capital on a working visit, and the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Marat Khusnullin discussed construction of infrastructural facilities, implementation of federal programmes and national projects in Tatarstan. 

On 10 April Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, the Head of the Office of the Rais of the republic Asgat Safarov, Deputy Chairman of the regional State Council Yuriy Kamaltynov and the Chairman of the Association of the Municipalities  Council Ekzam Gubaydullin  took part in a ceremony of opening an exhibition dedicated to 70th birthday of Timur Akulov, who in 1995-2011 was the Counselor of the Tatarstan President in International Affairs, in 1995-2011 – the Director of the International Affairs Department and in 2012-2016 – a member of the Russian State Duma.

On April 10, at their meeting in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and member of the board of the Russian Engineering Union, Chairman of the Board of Altai tuu ra Company Sergey Abramov discussed issues of cooperation on the development of infrastructure projects in Russia and the possibility of implementing joint projects on the territory of the Altai Republic, including the creation of the Centre of Turkology. Currently, the Altai Republic is expanding cooperation with the Siberian regions, as well as adjacent territories of Kazakhstan, Mongolia and China.

On April 10, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Police Colonel General Aleksander Gorov discussed issues of interaction in a number of areas.

On 8 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the VIII Moscow Youth Forum “Moscow-Tatarstan Bridge”, where he greeted its participants and answered questions from them.

The forum was held at the Financial Institute by the Russian Government in Moscow with such key note speakers as the Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for youth Affairs Damir Fattakhov, who is also the Co-Chairman of the Russian Movement of Schoolchildren, the Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee in Control Oleg Morozov, the leading neurosurgeon of Russia Ali Bekyashev, Russian actor Kamil Larin and others.
