On 15 June on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Acting of Governor of Smolensk region Vasiliy Anokhin signed an agreement on cooperation between Tatarstan and the region.
Before the signing ceremony the parties discussed important issues of inter-regional interaction and Rustam Minnikhanov set forth an initiative to exchange an experience in the spheres of state governance, investments activity and others. 

 

On 15 June on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of Stavropol region Vladimir Vladimirov signed an agreement on cooperation between the republic and region. 

Speaking at the meeting before the procedure, Rustam Minnikhanov said that the trade turnover between two regions makes about 3.5bn rubles with Tatarstan supplying to Stavropol trucks, petrochemical products and tyres and importing medications, fertilizers and mineral water from Stavropol. 

On 14 June at their meeting on the sidelines of the St Petersburg Economic Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the China National Chemical Engineering Co. Ltd (CNCEC) He Gen Dai discussed issues of ramping up mutually beneficial cooperation. 
Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov stated that the republic already has good history of relations with the CNCEC and reminded about joint project of Ammonia in Mendeleyevsk.

 

On 14 June the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with the Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov, the Minister of Transport of the country Vitaliy Savelyev and the Director General of the KAMAZ Automaker Sergey Kogogin took part in a ceremony launching the unmanned KAMAZ trucks traffic on the M-11 highway within the testing legal framework.

On June 13, at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the participants discussed facilities that were included in the list for the improvement for the next year and how the programme is implemented this year. During the online voting, about 400,000 people expressed their wishes and have chosen the sites - courtyards and public spaces that would like to improve.

On 13 June, speaking at a meeting of the Tatarstan Association for Facilitation of the Digital Development, which discussed issues of providing cyber security and was moderated by the Chairman of the Association Council Rifkat Minnikhnov, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the growing destructive activity in cyber space is creating serious challenges.

On 13 June at his meeting with the new succession pool of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan (Succession pool of professional managers), Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated everyone who was included into the pool and wished them constructive work. He emphasized that the republic attaches great attention to the choice and training of the managerial staff, the pool of whom has been comprised for ten years already.

On 12 July at the event dedicated to celebrations of the Day of Russia in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov handed in state awards to the most distinguished Tatarstan residents.

In his greeting to the participants and guests of the Sabantuy holiday, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated them with this remarkable Tatar national holiday and said: “As a symbol of awakening of the nature, praise of the creative work of farmers and hospitality of our people, the holiday, which has been carefully passed from generation to generation, has become a real personification of our original customs and the spiritual heritage.

On 9 June the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia Zhanna Andreasyan accompanied by Russian Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Konstantin Mogilevskiy and Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov visited the main infrastructural facilities of the City of Innopolis.
