On 20 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to Moscow, took part in a joint meeting of the Collegium of the Russian Ministry of Construction and the Presidium of the Governmental Commission on regional development of Russia.

On 19 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited Mamadysh region of the republic where he, accompanied by regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov, flew round fields of the region. After he was told about the pace of spring field works and had a look at a number of agricultural businesses, the Rais of the republic had a meeting with representatives of agribusinesses, farmers and heads of rural settlements.

On 19 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov came to the Village of Kotlovka of Nizhnekamsk region of the republic to have a look at the construction of a bridge across the Kama, which is a part of the large project of the highway M7-Volga, starting from Moscow to Ufa and which is detour of Naberezhnyye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk.

On 19 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited Yelabuga region of the republic to assess the rate of sowing campaign and discuss issues of development of agriculture with farmers and heads of settlements. 

On April 18, in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the solemn event opened by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko on the occasion of the international high-tech tournament "Games of the Future"  to be held in 2024.

On April 18, during his working visit to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who is the Chairman of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the direction «Construction, housing, utility services and urban environment» took part in the strategic session on advanced infrastructure development chaired by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

On April 18, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and owner of IS Group Sines Jasnic discussed the issues of interaction in a number of areas, opportunities for cooperation and development of relations. Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko, the Minister of Sports of the republic Vladimir Leonov and others officials took part in the meeting.

On 15 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the XI regional Iftar held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center and which gathered more than 11 thousand Muslims from all over the republic this year.

In his congratulations of residents of the republic with the Easter the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said: “From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you with the end of the Great Lent and the Resurrection of Christ!

Easter celebrations always awaken the highest and most noble feelings in people. Celebration of the Resurrection of Christ epitomizes the striving to spiritual perfection, ideals of good and justice.

On 15 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov visited the agricultural fair in the Kazan Agricultural Industrial Park, where Arsk, Kukmor and Mamadysh regions and a number of agribusiness enterprises of the republic brought their produce, such as potatoes and vegetables, beef, poultry and dairy products, sugar, flour, cereals and eggs.
