On April 29, Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the participants of the opening ceremony of the countdown stela “300 days before the start of the Games of the Future tournament in 2024 in Kazan”.

On April 29, in the centre of Kazan, on the site in front of the Bashir Rameev IT Park, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Minister of Digitalization Maksut Shadaev and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in the opening ceremony of the countdown stela to tick down 300 days left before the start of the International multi-sport tournament "Games of the Future" in 2024. The event was organized in the Moscow-Kazan teleconference mode with participation of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko.

On 29 April, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov reported that as of today1m 112 thousand (from 1m 800 thousand) hectares have been cropped in Tatarstan which makes 60 per cent of the planned. He said that 70 per cent of cereal crops, 81 per cent of sugar beetroot, 55 per cent of rapes and 51 per cent of sunflower have been sown already due to good weather in the last 10 days.

On 29 April, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin informed that the yearly housing construction plan of the republic has been completed by 45 per cent with 1.4m square meters commissioned.

On April 28, in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a working meeting with Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan to take part in the meeting of the joint intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as participation in the opening of the business forum «Azerbaijan - Tatarstan».

On April 28, at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a production meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin on the construction of the M-12 Vostok highway to Tyumen.

On 28 April, speaking at a meeting of the organizational committee of the XIV International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum” held by Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin at the Kazan Expo exhibition center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the KazanForum will become a new stage of development of cooperation between Russia and the Islamic world.

On 28 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin and the Head of the Federal Road Agency Roman Novikov took part in a meeting of the Presidium (Headquarters) of the Governmental Commission of regional development held at the Kazan Expo during the scientific and applied conference organized by the Rosavtodor (Federal Road Agency) on the topic of efficient approaches to implementation of road management in Russian entities. 

On 27 April at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Government of Sakha(Yakutia) Andrey Tarasenko  discussed issues of interregional cooperation, implementation of joint projects and the current social and economic situation.
The parties also outlined steps for further strengthening of business contacts.

On 27 April in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed in Russian and Tatarstan state awards to more than 50 outstanding workers of the republic.
