Rustam Minnikhanov: As many as 500 thousand people attended events dedicated to the Day of Republic

On 1 September, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that 500 thousand people attended events dedicated to the Day of Republic.

”This week a number of large-scale events were organized in Tatarstan. All celebrations were held at a very high organizational level and 500 thousand people attended them. This is a huge number”, he said.  

Speaking about Tatarstan Petrochemical Forum which started at the Kazan Expo on 31 August, Rustam Minnikhanov informed: “As many as 180 leading companies form regions of Russia and 5 foreign countries took part in the forum. More than 60 thousand people visited the exhibition ground in the first day of the event.”
