On 8 May at their meeting on the sidelines of the12th Annual Investment Forum AIM Global 2023 held in Abu Dhabi, the Rais ( Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of the Al Rais tourist operator headed by the Executive Manager of the Al-Rais Group  Mohamed Jassim Al-Rais spoke about their first meeting also on the sidelines of the AIM forum in Dubai in 2022, which resulted in a joint inform-tour of Arabic mass media and bloggers to Tatarstan in August 2022 and an advertising campaign of Tatarstan tourist sightseeing trips  in social media of the Persian Gulf countries. 

On 8 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov came on a working visit to the United Arab Emirates to take part as the Guest of Honor and a speaker of a plenary session in the 12th Annual Investment Forum AIM Global 2023 held in the Central Exhibition Place ADNEC in Abu Dhabi. The forum is held from 8 to 10 May on the initiative of the AIM Fund, which is an international independent organization totally committed to broadening the possibilities of the world economy by fostering efficiency of the promotion strategies.

On 4 April at their meeting in Innopolis Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov and the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Uzbekneftegas Company  Behzod Usmanov discussed issues of cooperation of the company and the University of Innopolis in training the high-rank managers and specialists in digital transformation and digitalization of the oil and gas sphere as well as the implementation by the Company of digital platforms and geo-information systems for oil and gas industry developed by the specialists of the university  .

On May 4, at the Jalil Tatar Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Military Historical Society Nikolay Ovsyenko, veterans and military personnel took part in a solemn event dedicated to the 78th anniversary of the victory in WWII.

On May 4, at the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a meeting of the organization committee on preparation and holding the celebrations of the 78th V Day in Tatarstan.

Participants of the meeting observed a minute of silence in memory of all veterans who gave their lives for the Motherland.

On 4 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov,  the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, the Chairman of the Russian Military-Historical Society Nikolay Ovsiyenko, the Hero of Socialist Labour Nikolay Frolov and working teams of the city enterprises took part in the unveiling of the stele “Kazan –the Labour Valour City” near the North Railway Station in Kazan. 

On 4 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the unveiling of the monument to the Hero of the Soviet Union Boris Kuznetsov at the Arsk cemetery, where the Hero is buried.

On 3 May, speaking at a ceremonial event dedicated to the 100th birthday of the All-Russia Society of Sports and Physical Training "Dynamo" held in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the Society "Dynamo" triggered off the mass and country-wide sports movement, which exists till today as a united team. The State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, the Head of the Office of the Rais of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov , who is also the Chairman of the Society in Tatarstan, and the Chairman of the All-Russia Society of Sports and Physical Training "Dynamo" Anatoliy Gulevskiy also took part in the event. 

On 3 May the regional public-state amalgamation Army, Air Force and Navy Volunteer Society housed a meeting of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with soldiers mobilized from Tatarstan to take part in the special military operation, who are currently on a short vacation, housed.

On 3 May, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the core group of the regional headquarters of the  Motherland Warriors Families Committee (MWFC) discussed issues of interaction of the headquarters with representatives of power and acting for interests and rights of the mobilized from the republic. They also raised topics of establishing a system for individual follow up and rehabilitation of combat veterans and social support of the soldiers’ families.
