On 15 September Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working trip to St Petersburg to take part in the XI Petersburg International Gas Forum held on 13-16 September. 

The Forum Programme covers all spheres of the branch including gas exploration, production and transportation, utilization and processing. Experts pay special attention to import replacement in the oil and gas sphere. 

On 14 September Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, regional Ministers and representatives of the Kazmetrostroy Metro Construction Company took part in launching the driving of the next stretch of the second line of Kazan Underground.

On 14 September at their meeting in the Government house of the republic in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and a delegation from Palestine, which came to Kazan within its visit to Russia, discussed issues of interaction in the support of the Strategic Vision Group Russia-Islamic World, which Minnikhanov heads since 2014. 

On September 14, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister, Chairman of the board of Tatspirtprom Distillery Aleksey Pesoshin held a regular board meeting of the company.

On 13 September at their meeting in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group of Companies DELO (Business) Sergey Shishkarev discussed issues of potential interaction and steps in developing interregional transport and logistics chains.

On 13 September, speaking at a briefing with all regional municipalities at the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov said that Russian Minister of Agriculture is planning to allocate additional 679m roubles to the republic, including 658m for subsidizing the encashed grain and 21 m for stimulating production of vegetable oil plants.

On September 12, Tatarstan President, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tupolev Company Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (EMERCOM) Alexander Kurenkov visited the Kazan Aircraft Plant named after Gorbunov – branch of Tupolev Company.

On September 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (EMERCOM) Alexander Kurenkov visited Fire and Rescue Station №3 and the Crisis Management Centre in Kazan.

On 10 September the Head of Tatarstan President’s Office Asgat Safarov took part in a ceremony of opening a bust to Hero of Russia Damir Islamov erected at the Kazan Higher Armor School.

On 10 September, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pasoshin with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov joining it  online at the Government house of the republic, the regional Minister of Land and Property Matters Fanil Agliullin reported that as of the end of the first six months of the current year there are 10 state controlled and 114 municipal unitary enterprises registered in the republic.
