On October 8, at their meeting in the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin discussed the development of the construction block and housing and utility services of the republic, the implementation of tasks under the national project «Housing and Urban Environment», as well as the implementation of major infrastructure projects.

On 8 October, reporting about results of the current harvest campaign at a meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government house of the republic, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zayabbarov said that the republic has completed the harvest campaign, having threshed more than 5m tonnes of grain.

On 7 October, speaking at the XIV International Scientific Applied Conference “Health Architecture – MES 2022” held on the sidelines of the II International Construction Competition in Kazan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that for years of its existence the MES conference has proved its high efficiency and worth and has become a key platform for Volga Federal District for exchange of knowledge and experience in engineering and information technologies used at healthcare faculties. 

On 6 October at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian First Deputy Minister of Justice Yevgeniy Zbarchuk and Russian Deputy Minister of Justice Oleg Sviridenko, who came to Kazan to take part in All-Russia scientific conference “Interaction of power bodies with non-commercial organizations”,  discussed a number of joint work issues, including the implementation of the Justice Quarters project, which is a set of administrative buildings to house Department of Russian Ministry of Justice in Tatarstan, Legal Support Centers and the Center for Facilitation of civic initiatives

On 5 October addressing participants at the opening ceremony of the II International Construction Competition, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said :”We are very glad to host such event” and reminded that the Kazan Expo complex was built especially for hosting 45th WorldSkills Competition in 2019.
