On 1 October Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin on behalf of the government of the republic and himself congratulated old stagers with the International Day of Older Persons.

In his congratulatory address, Aleksey Pesoshin said: “People have always been the main wealth of our country. And our traditions are based on respect to older generation. I sincerely thank you for your selfless labour which made it possible for our republic to become one of the leading regions in our country in social and economic development.”

On September 30, during his working visit to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with meets Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, curator of the Volga Federal District Dmitry Chernyshenko.

On September 30, the Popov Technopark in the city of Innopolis hosted the second day of the Kazan International Legal Forum "Right to the Right" with participation of representatives of legal, business communities and state authorities from different regions of Russia.

On September 29, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Turkey to take part in the World Nomadic Games opening ceremony together with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov.

The World Nomadic Games is the largest international project uniting Turkic-speaking countries and aimed at reviving and preserving their culture.

On 28 September Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in a ceremony of opening Rauza Mosque in Kazan.

On 28 September at their hybrid meeting, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of the administration of the non-governmental development institute Innopraktica and the ANCO Innovational Engineering Center discussed issues of organizing import replacement and cooperation of the companies with enterprises of the republic.

On 28 September Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to check how issues of schools safety are solved in the region. The mobile groups to be organized by the errand will include employees of the regional Department of the Russian National Guard and Russian Emergencies Ministry in Tatarstan.

On September 27, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President, Chairman of the Draft Commission of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov together with Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and Tatarstan Military Commissar Sergey Pogodin held a regular videoconference meeting of the draft commission on the mobilization of the residents of the republic.

On September 27, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Central Spiritual Administration of Muslims, the Chief Mufti of Russia Talgat Tadzhuddin discussed issues of preserving traditional values and centuries-old spiritual heritage and strengthening interfaith dialogue.

On 27 September Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, accompanied by Chief Federal Inspector in the republic Victor Demidov, Tatarstan Military Commissar Sergey Pogodin, First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin, regional Minister of Construction Marat Ayzatullin and regional Minister of Transport And Road Economy Farit Khanifov, visited a tent camp for deployment of military units trooped by the Kazan High Armor School.
