On May 31, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev had a meeting with Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov.

On May 31, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic dedicated to the spring sowing campaign, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov said that to date the sowing campaign is completed by 91 percent in Tatarstan.

On May 31, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov signed an agreement on establishing the location of the border between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Bashkortostan.

On May 31, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan to hold a meeting on pressing issues of national security in the regions of the Volga Federal District, was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov at the Kazan International Airport.

On 30 May, during his working trip to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Historical Mosque which is the oldest preserved stone mosque in the city.

The building of the mosque, which was returned to the Muslim community in 1991, was newly opened in 1993 and includes two facilities –the mosque itself and a madrasah both of which are cultural heritage sites.

On 30 May, during his working trip to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Tatar Cultural Center in the city where the Head of the Moscow Tatar national autonomy Farit Farisov showed him round a number of rooms and facilities including a library and a new Tatar language classroom.

In his congratulatory telegramme to three winners of the super final of the managers’ competition Leaders of Russia from the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said:

On 30 May at their meeting in Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to the capital of the country, and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin discussed issues of development of the region, including construction of infrastructural facilities, implementation of a number of federal programmes and national projects in Tatarstan.

On 30 May at the regional Ministry of Trade and Industry, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced the Acting Minister of Trade and Industry of the republic Oleg Korobchenko to the staff of the Ministry.

On May 28, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the 30th Russian folk festival "Karavon-2022" held in Nikolskoe village of Laishevo region of the republic.

Specialized creative and thematic platforms were organized for the participants.

Minnikhanov looked around various venues and workshops with master classes, talked to folk craftsmen who brought products of arts and crafts to the fair.
