On 17 October Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and Director General of the Tatenergo Power Generating Company Rauzil Khaziyev visited the boiler plant “Azino” which was launched in 1987 for heat supply of Azino district of Kazan. Due to further growth of heat load the second boiler was commissioned in 1994 and in 2022 the plant is commissioning the third boiler.

On 16 October in her congratulatory address on the occasion of The Father’s Day, Tatarstan Vice-Prime Minister Leyla Fazleyeva said: “Dear Fathers! On behalf of the Government of the republic and from me personally I congratulate you with the Father’s Day.

On October 15, speaking at the meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov informed that the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic signed a Decree on a one-time payment of 20 thousand roubles to minor children of mobilized citizens of the republic.

On 14 October during his working trip to Kazan, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin and the Aid to Russian President Igor Levitin accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited an exposition showing construction of the M-12 highway. 

On 14 October at their meeting on the sidelines of the Forum “The Road-2022” held at the Kazan Expo Center in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of Buryatia Aleksey Tsydenov discussed prospects of further development of cooperation between the regions, increasing the volume and range of mutual deliveries of goods and services and strengthening interaction in the humanitarian sphere. 

On 14 October Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, who came on a working trip to Kazan, held a meeting on issues of the development of the road network of the country. In particular the meeting discussed the development of the Wets-East international transport corridor.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov also took part in the meeting.

On 14 October Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, who came on a working trip to Kazan, took part in a ceremony of opening traffic on the access road to Kazan International Airport and on a renovated street in Kazan. 

Speaking at the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “Today is a big event for our region. The airport road always has had intensive traffic and after Kazan Expo was built there often were traffic jams here. But due to its reconstruction the road became broader, having doubled its capacity”.

On October 3, at their meeting in the city of Tolyatti of the Samara region, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov and First Executive Vice President for Strategy and Technical Development of AvtoVAZ machine-building plant Yevgeny Shmelyov discussed the possible development of cooperation between the automotive company and the University of Innopolis in personnel training, as well as the implementation of joint projects in robotics.

On October 13, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the FESCO Group Andrey Severilov.

Welcoming the guests, Minnikhanov thanked for the opportunity to visit the port of Vladivostok and see the work of the FESCO Transport Group. 

On 12 October on the sidelines of the International Forum “Russian Energy Week” 2022 the Chairman of the Board of the Gazprom Company Aleksey Miller and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a programme of development gas supply and gasification of the region by the end of 2025.
