Rustam Minnikhanov has arrived on a working visit to Iran

On 18 September upon his arrival to the International Airport in Tabriz, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to Iran, was met by Russian Ambassador to Iran and the Governor of the East Azerbaijan Province. 

Welcoming Rustam Minnikhanov, the Governor said: “We are happy to see you in our Province. Relations between East Azerbaijan and Tatarstan can become an example of cooperation for regions of our countries”. 

“We have gladly used your invitation and came with a delegation to make our work in a number of spheres more active”, Tatarstan President replied.
