On 7 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of the Office of regional Cabinet of Ministers Shamil Gafarov, the Minister of Transport and Road Economy of the republic Farit Khanifov, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and other officials, looked round a number of transport infrastructure facilities and gave assessment to capital-intensive road economy structures in Kazan, including Voznesenskiy Trakt and Gorkiy Highway.

On 7 September, speaking at a regular meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov informed that threshing of cereal crops have been finished on the area of 1m 11 hectares in the republic which makes 84 per cent of the planned and the yield already made 3m95 thousand tonnes.

On 7 September, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to hold the election of members of the regional State Council of the VII convocation to be held on 8 September at the high organizational level.

On 6 September, speaking at his meeting with the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Egypt to Russia Nazih el-Nagari in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that Egypt is a long term and important partner of Russia.

On 6 September at his meeting with the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Rais Asgat Safarov, the Metropolitan of Tatarstan and Kazan Cyril introduced the the new Bishop of Naberezhnyye Chelny and Yelabuga Gavriil who was consecrated by His Holiness the Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia on 1 September of the current year. Earlier, the Bishop was a monk of the Zadonsk Virgin Nativity Male Monastery.

On 6 September at its meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Persohin with participation of the Rais of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov, the regional Cabinet of Ministers considered main parameters of the forecast of the social and economic development of the republic for 2025-2027 and the forecast of the consolidated budget of the republic and the regional Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance for 2025.

On 6 September, speaking at a ceremonial event on the occasion of the 80th birthday of Kazan Suvorov Military College, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the college established during the WWII is famous for its rich history and many generations of its graduates who found their vocation in various spheres.

On 6 September, speaking at his meeting with the Minister of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia Tauwiq bin Fausan Al-Rabiah in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the Minister for his visiting Kazan. He emphasized that Saudi Arabia is an important partner of Russia. “We have developing relations practically in all spheres. Leadership of our countries have regular meetings and phone conversations. We have stable and extremely good relations in political interaction, economy and humanitarian sphere,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.

On 5 September at their meeting in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to the Russian capital, and the Russian Minister of Construction and Housing Utilities Sector Irek Fayzullin discussed issues of the development of the sphere of construction in the whole, the branch support measures, implementation of the planned housing commissioning in the region and other important issues.

On 4 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a business dinner of Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Prime Minister of Malaysia Anwar Ibrahim which was organized after their official negotiations.
