On 26 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a business breakfast organized by the Gazprombank on the sidelines of the Tatarstan Oil and Gas Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center.

On 26 August, speaking at a ceremonial opening of the Tatarstan Oil and Gas Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center on 26-28 August, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that today it is especially important to use scientific and technological potential efficiently and to ensure sustainable economic growth of the republic.

On 24 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov, who came on a working trip to Elista, had a meeting with the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia Batu Khasikov.

Speaking at the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov said that currently the trade turnover between Tatarstan and Kalmykia makes about 30m rubles, with Tatarstan supplying medical equipment and food products. 

On 24 August, speaking at a regular meeting held with participation of the regional Prime minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov with heads of all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic reported about implementation of the programmes of capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities and multi apartment houses.

On 24 August, speaking at a regular meeting held in the Government House of the republic with heads of all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to hold festivities dedicated to the Day of Tatarstan and the Day of Kazan at the high organizational level.

On 23 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the regional Minister for Youth Affairs Rinat Sadykov had a meeting with heads of departments for youth and sports from such countries as Libya, Mozambique, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Algeria, Burkina-Faso and others, who are taking part in the Kazan Global Youth Summit held in the Kazan City Hall and organized by the Government and the Ministry for Youth Affairs of the republic and the ICYF.

On 23 August on the sidelines of the Kazan Global Youth Summit held in the Kazan City Hall the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the President of the OIC Youth Forum Taha Ayhan held with participation of the regional Minister for Youth Affairs Rinat Sadykov. 

On 23 August the Russian Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, representatives of agribusiness and experts in agriculture took part in a plenary session of the All-Russia Forum of the Plant and Seed Breeders “Russian Field 2024” held in Korston recreation center in Kazan.

On August 22, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin and the honored guests of the event took part in a solemn evening of masters of arts of Tatarstan during the days of Culture of Tatarstan in Moscow held on August 20-22.

Welcoming the guests, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the Moscow leadership for their attention to Tatarstan and for long-term cooperation.
