Rustam Minnikhanov meets Acting rector of Kazan National Research Technical University after A.Tupolev Kirill Okhotkin

On 6 March at their meeting held with participation of the regional Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva and the President of the Academy of Sciences of the republic Rifkat Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the newly appointed Acting rector of Kazan National Research Technical University after A.Tupolev Kirill Okhotkin  discussed issues of implementation of scientific and educational programmes of the university, raising its image and other important issues.

Speaking at the meeting Kirill Okhotkin also informed about implementation of the Priority-2030 and the Advanced Engineering Schools projects at the university

Kirill Okhotkin who prior worked as the Director on Space Programmes of Moscow Physical and Technological University, was introduced to the staff of Kazan National Research Technical University after A.Tupolev  on 18 February 2025.

In 199 Kirill Okhotkin graduated from Siberia Aerospace Academy having majored in Physics and in 2002 he completed his doctoral studies at Siberia State Technological Unviersity.
