On 1 on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Gas Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a presentation of new gas-engine machinery manufactured by Raritek Holding Company, the stand of which has become one of the main presentation sites of Tatarstan at the forum.

On 1 November at their meeting on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Gas Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of St Petersburg Aleksandr Beglov discussed further steps in development of all-round cooperation of Tatarstan and St Petersburg, and strengthening of trade-economic and humanitarian relations.

On November 1, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the work of St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, where the results of the rating of Russian regions by the level of development of the gas motor fuel market were announced, where Tatarstan became one of the winners.

On November 1, under St. Petersburg International Gas Forum at the Gas Science and Innovation stand, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Chairman of Gazprom Company – Head of Department 623 of Gazprom Company Oleg Aksyutin, at which they discussed the issues of gas supply of prospective consumers on the territory of Innokam cluster. Minnikhanov emphasized that at the end of 2022, the volume of natural gas consumption by enterprises of the main industrial zones «Innokam», which includes the factories of Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhny Chelny, Yelabuga and Zainsk amounts to 12.4 billion cubic meters, which makes 70 per cent of the total gas consumption of Tatarstan, making 17.7 billion cubic meters.

On November 1, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the exhibition of St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, which took place in three pavilions of ExpoForum, both indoors and outdoors. More than 500 Russian and foreign companies presented their products on an area of more than 50 thousand square meters.

On November 1, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Saint Petersburg for participation in the 12th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, held at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 31 to November 3.

On October 31, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, the Chief Department of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs in Tatarstan Anvar Zakirov said that during 10 months of the current year, Tatarstan court bailiffs recovered 13 billion 481 million roubles, which is 10 percent higher than during the same period last year.

On 31 October Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, accompanied by his Aid Daufit Khamadishin, the Head of the Russian Federal Prison Service’s branch in the republic Eduard Khialeev, Deputy Head of the regional Penitentiary Department Andrey Yakovenko and the head of the correctional facility №2 Marat Sayfutdinov, visited correctional facility №2 of the Russian Federal Prison Service’s branch in the republic, where he attended a number of units’ dorms and got acquainted with living conditions of prisoners.

On 31 October at their meeting in Moscow held with participation of Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to the Russian capital on a working trip, and Russian Minister of Science and Education Valeriy Falkov discussed issues of development of the University of Innopolis and the City of Innopolis in the whole, further construction of infrastructural facilities and technical parks and human capital issues. Valeriy Falkov is a member of the University Supervisory Board.

On 30 October at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Managing Director of the TUPOLEV PJSC Vadim Korolev discussed issues of development of the Kazan Aircraft Plant and modernization of the enterprise for increasing manufacture of commercial TU-214 planes and strategic TU-160 missile carriers.
