On August 22, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a videoconference meeting held by Russian President Vladimir Putin with the participation of members of the Russian Government, where the Chairman of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina and Russian Minister of Construction and Housing and Utility Services Irek Fayzullin spoke on issues of support of individual housing construction.

On August 22, the Kazan Aviation Plant hosted a meeting of the Council of the Association of Enterprises and Industrialists of Tatarstan with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, at which the meeting participants discussed the issues of implementing the state programme for scientific and technological development of the republic, expanding and increasing the efficiency of interaction between universities and scientific organizations with industrial enterprises.

On August 21, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko said that over 10,000 guests from 25 regions of Russia and 4 foreign countries are expected at the upcoming Tatarstan Oil-Gas and Petrochemical Forum.

On 20 August during his working trip to Samara, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with representatives of Tatar National and Cultural Autonomy and heads and representatives of Tatar national and cultural amalgamations of Samara region. 

On 20 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov , who came on a working trip to Samara, visited ODK-Kuznetsov company which is a part of the Rostekh United engine-building Corporation and designs, manufactures and maintains engines for Russian aviation, the Gazprom and Soyuz rocket carriers at aerodromes and  space launch sites.

On 20 August in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Deputy General Secretary of the OIC for Humanitarian, Cultural and Social Affairs Tariq Ali Bakheet, who arrived to Kazan to take part in the events of the Kazan Global Youth Summit held on 21-24 August with participation of representatives from more than 40 countries.

On 19 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Aid to the Rais Olesya Baltusova, the regional Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Aleksey Frolov and the Chairman of Tatarstan State Committee for Tourism Sergey Ivanov, visited a number of sites in the historical center of the City of Yelabuga.

On 19 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Naberezhnyye Chelny, and Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov accompanied by the regional Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko, visited the TEMPO State Corporation- one of the largest industrial concerns of Russia comprising several modern industrial enterprises and the Darletto company which manufactures jams and confectionary.

On 19 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov came on a working trip to Naberezhnyye Chelny, where he, accompanied by the regional Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko, the Minister of Economy of the republic Midkhat Shagiakhmetov. The regional Minister of Science and Education Ilsur Khadiullin, the Minister of Labour, employment and Social Protection of the republic Elmira Zaripova, the Mayor of Naberezhnyye Chelny Nail Magdeev and other officials will visit a number of industrial sites and give assessment to capital overhaul of a sports school in Naberezhnyye Chelny.

On August 17, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of Tatarstan Marat Ayzatullin reported that as of August 17 the housing construction plan has been fulfilled by 82 per cent in the republic with 2m 587thousand square meters of housing already commissioned.
