On 22 September at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party External Relations Committee Thongsavanh Phomvihane discussed issues of developing cooperation and strengthening relations.

On 22 September, during their working trip to Saby region of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko accompanied by the Head of the Federal Forestry Agency Ivan Sovetnikov got acquainted with the work of low-quality timber processing plant which was established in 2013.

On 22 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko, who came to Tatarstan on a working trip, visited the Forest Selection and Seed Center in Saby region of the republic. 

The Center opened in 2013 specializes in growing planting material with the root-balled tree system and processing forests seeds with improved qualities. Its infrastructure comprises 4 greenhouses, 13 nurseries, spacing seed feeds and the complex for production, storage and processing the conifer seeds. 

On 22 September in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko, who came to Tatarstan on the previous day and got acquainted with work at a number of facilities such as biological waste treatment plants, sludge pits in Kazan and the Samosyrovo landfill under re-cultivation. 

On 21 September during her working trip to Tatarstan Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko accompanied by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin attended the Samosyrovo landfill in Kazan, where she got acquainted with work done on the landfill re-cultivation.

On 21 September during her working trip to Tatarstan Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko accompanied by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Recourses of the republic Aleksandr Shadrikov and the Director of the Vodokanal Water Supply Company Andrey Yegorov  attended biological waste treatment plants and sludge pits in Kazan, where she got acquainted with work done on the plants and was told about work planned for 2023.

On 21 September, upon her arrival on a working visit to Kazan, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko was met by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and other officials in the Kazan International Airport.

On 21 September, speaking at a ceremony of commending the Tatarstan rugby club Strela, which won the Russia Rugby Cup 2023, held in the Kazan Kremlin with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the athletes and coaches of the club with winning the trophy. 

On 20 September at their meeting in Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to the Russian capital on a working trip, and the Director General of the Rostec State Corporation Sergey Chemezov discussed issues of interaction of the Tatarstan Government and the Rostec and summarized intermediate results of work of the enterprises of the republic which are part of the state corporation structure.
