On 30 October in her address on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repressions, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva said: 

“Dear Tatarstan residents! October 30 is the  Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repressions. It is the Day of Atonement to memorize people and events of tragic years in the history of our country.

On 28 October, speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov by video conference with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Lenar Garipov informed that field works are close to completion in the republic. Last week farmers finished harvesting potatoes and they have to thresh 9 thousand hectares of sunflower, 3 thousand hectares of corn and harvest 2.8 thousand hectares of sugar beet, he reported.

On 27 October, speaking at his meeting in the Government House of the republic with the Artistic Director of the Uzbek Yalla folk rock band - a pop-singer Farrukh Zokirov, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that strengthening of friendly relations of Russia with countries of Asia and East is one of priority tasks and Tatarstan at its level is doing its best to facilitate this process.

On 27 October in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of  Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Tatneftekhiminvest Holding Board of Directors, where a number of enterprises and companies presented their innovational developments.

On October 26, in the Kazan Kremlin, Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin handed in state awards of Russia and Tatarstan to outstanding workers, namely to 51 representatives of various areas of activity.

On October 26, at the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Minister of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mohammad Javad Sharifzadeh, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan as the head of the Iranian delegation to take part in the opening ceremony of the office «Mir Business Bank», which is a branch of the Iranian bank «Bank Melli Iran» in Kazan.

On 25 October at their meeting in Moscow, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitriy Chernyshenko and the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov , who came to Moscow on a working trip, discussed preparations for the International Multi-sports Tournament “The Games of the Future” to be held in Kazan from 21 February to 3 March of 2024.

On October 24, Tatarstan delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Roman Shaykhutdinov arrived on a working visit in the Republic of Uzbekistan to establish cooperation in information and communication technologies.
