On 4 November, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov informed that the republic has organized work in collection of humanitarian aid for aggrieved residents of Gaza strip and named the aid collection points in Kazan and the list of essential goods, such as food for adults and children, means for children’s hygiene and care and everyday items. He said that the complete list of needed items has been published on the site of the “Yardam Yanasha (We will help together)” movement. 

On 4 November, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan makes a substantial contribution into protection of the Fatherland and strengthening of Russian statehood, sovereignty and integrity of the country and is an example of peace and concord among representatives of various ethnicities and confessions. 

In his address on the occasion of the National Unity Day the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said:

“Dear Tatarstan residents! Dear compatriots! From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you with the National Unity Day!

On 3 November, speaking at a joint meeting of the Security Council of the republic and the Council for Inter-ethnic and Inter-confessional relations held in the Kazan Kremlin with participation of the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin, regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and heads of ministries and departments, municipalities, enterprises and representatives of religious confessions, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan historically is a common home for representatives of many ethnicities.

On 3 November at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the new Head of the Border Directorate of Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) for Saratov and Samara regions Yuriy Urvanov, who has been appointed to this position by the Russian Presidential Decree in October 2023, discussed various issues of interaction of the Government of the republic and the Border Directorate.

On 2 November in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed in diplomas and honorary badges to winners of the awards of the Rais of Tatarstan for contribution into the development of civic society institutes development in the republic. 

Speaking at the ceremony, the Rais of the republic stated that the interest to the award is growing and the competition is held with the active participation of representatives of the community from all over the republic. “In the last years we can see the increase of the civic engagement, solidarity and unity of our citizens and the active participation of the noncommercial sector in solving tasks of the redevelopment of the republic, including overcoming consequences of COVID, humanitarian help under conditions of the special military operation and preservation of inter-ethnic peace and concord”.  

On 2 November, during his visit to the Kazan National Research Technological University (Kazan Aircraft University) the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with new research and education facilities such as the Individual Protection Gear engineering Center, which develops advanced engineering and technological solutions for protective gear including workwear and protection materials for gas and oil sphere workers. 

On 1 November on the sidelines of the XII St Petersburg International Gas Forum and in the presence of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the  Gazprom Mezhregiongas Company Sergey Gustov , the Director General of Ammonia Company and the Director General of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Kazan Company  (which is the part of the Gazprom Mezhregiongas Group pf companies) Aydar Tagirov signed a framework agreement  between the Ammonia 2 and the Gazprom Mezhregiongas companies on supplying natural gas to the ammonia and carbamide producing complex Ammonia 2 in Tatarstan.

On 1 November at their meeting on the sidelines of the XII St Petersburg International Gas Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Gazprom Deputy Board Chairman Vitaliy Markelov, who is also the Head of the Gazprom Department, and Director General of the  Gazprom Mezhregiongas Company Sergey Gustov discussed issues of supplying machinery produced by the Kazan CompressonMash Plant to the Gazprom and laying the gas pipeline for supplying natural gas to the LNG complex at the Sviyazhsk inter-regional multi-modal logistics center. 

On 1 October the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session of the St Petersburg International Gas Forum dedicated to the transformation of the natural gas world market. 

In his welcoming speech the Governor of St Petersburg Aleksandr Beglov stated that the North capital increases the amount of use of natural gas and said: “On the errand of the Russian President this year we will complete switching coal and fuel oil city boiler plants over to gas and other ecological kinds of fuel.”
