On 19 May at their meeting in Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to the Russian capital, and the Chairman of the Gazprombank Board of Directors Andrey Akimov discussed issues of further interaction of the republic and the bank and implementation of a number of projects with participation of the bank in the region.

On 17 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Minister of Sports of the republic Vladimir Leonov, the Chairman of the Football Federation of Tatarstan Aleksandr Gusev, the Head of the Directorate of the Federal Tax Service for the republic Marat Safiullin and other officials took part in a ceremony of closing the International children’s football tournament “The Orient Cup”   held with participation of 10 teams from eight countries within the programme of the XVI International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”   at the Children’s recreation camp “Molodaya Gvardia”.  

On 17 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov , the Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Vasil Shaykhraziev, who is also the Chairman of the National Council of the World Tatar Congress, the Chairman of the Spiritual Board of Muslims of the republic Kamil Samigullin, the Chairman of the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Russia Ravil Gaynutdin , the Chairman of the  Central Spiritual Board of Muslims of Russia Talgat Tadjutdin and more than  1000 religious leaders from 78 entities of Russia and Belarus took part in the XV All-Russia Forum of Tatar Religious Leaders held at the International Exhibition Center Kazan Expo.

On 16 May on the sidelines of the XVI International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Russia State Development Corporation VEB.RF Igor Shuvalov  have signed an agreement between the Government of the republic and the VEB.RF on cooperation in partnership financing.

On 16 May upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport, the National Leader of Turkmen People, the Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow was welcomed by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. During his stay in Kazan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow will take part in the XVI International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum” and will have a working meeting with Rustam Minnikhanov. 

On 16 May, speaking at his meeting with the Azerbaijan Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Abdullah oghlu Mustafaev held with participation of the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin on the sidelines of the XVI International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that Azerbaijan is one industrial partners of the republic and “we attach great attention to our cooperation”.

On 16 May at his meeting with a delegation from Uzbekistan headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the country Jamshid Khodjaev in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed his guests and thanked them for their visit to Tatarstan and participation in the XVI International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”.

On 16 May at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the All-Russia public-state movement of children and the youth “The Movement of the First” and the Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Matter (Rosmolodezh) discussed issues of youth policy at the regional level and implementation of events with the participation of the Movement of the First.

On 15 May, speaking at his meeting with the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Pazvozhaev on the sidelines of the KazanForum-2025 at the Kazan International Exhibition Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that currently Sevastopol is developing actively successfully implementing large scale social, economic and infrastructural projects. “Sevastopol and Tatarstan are connected by good partnership relations. We have laid a good foundation for strengthening business ties,” he said. 

On 15 May in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minniokhanov had a meeting with the Prime Minister of Malaysia Anwar Ibrahim held with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Russian Deputy Minister of Energy Roman Marshavin and representatives of regional ministries and institutions and heads of the largest machine-building enterprises in the Kazan Kremlin.
