Rais of Tatarstan takes part in a ceremony of signing an agreement on cooperation between Innopolis and the Guangming district

On 14 November the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between the city of Innopolis and the Guangming district, which is one of nine districts in the city of Shenzhen with the population of about 1.12m people. The document was signed by the Mayor of Innopolis Dmitriy Vandyukov and the Mayor of the District Qiu Haohang. 

Guangming is an important center of IT (including IoT, big data, cloud calculations and AI, biomedicine, new materials and other things.
