As many as 3m 144 thousand square meters of housing or 96% of the year plan commissioned in Tatarstan

On 15 November, speaking at regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin informed that 3m 144 thousand square meters of housing or 96% of the year plan have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

The Head of the Ministry also reported about cases of industrial injuries and occupational safety measures as well about 2 178 checks carried out by self-regulated organizations and disciplinary measures taken in 1 099 cases.

Marat Ayzatullin told that during its checks of labour legislation  the Chief Investments and Construction Directorate of the republic revealed 5 389 violations, 5 275 of which have already been  eliminated.

Speaking about the implementation of programmes of providing housing for certain categories of people, he informed about contracts signed with orphaned children, young families, families with many children and that the programme «Development of land plots for large families” aimed at construction of roads and water supply network is still under implementation.

Then the regional Minister informed about implementation of federal and regional programmes in construction of social, cultural, educational and healthcare facilities, and three programmes being implemented together with the Ministry for Youth Affairs of the republic, namely the construction of youth centers and summer recreation camps.

He also reported about 93 per cent of work done in reclamation of sludge fields in Kazan and about implementation of modernization of engineering and communal infrastructures.

In conclusion Marat Ayzatullin shared information about the transfer of residential chats in apartment buildings to the national messenger "MAX", having said that 11 051 out of 18 111 multi-apartment houses have already been transferred.
