On 5 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov and the Head of the Baltasi region of the republic Ramil Nutfullin, came on a working trip to the region, where he inspected the region’s fields from a helicopter and was reported on the progress of sowing work. 

On 5 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov and the Acting Head of the Executive Committee of Atnya region of the republic, came on a working trip to Atnya region where he looked round the fields and got acquainted with the sowing work progress.

On 3 April, speaking at a ceremony of awarding winners of the competition “The Cultural Capital of Tatarstan” held in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova said the competition has become one of the landmarks in the cultural life of the republic in 2024.

On 3 May, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin reported that 1m 570 thousand square meters of housing has been commissioned in Tatarstan by 3 May which makes 48 per cent of the planned including six houses by the social mortgage programme.

On 2 May at their meeting in Moscow the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Foreign Minister of Oman Badr bib Hamad Al-Busaidi   stated the importance of strengthening inter-regional ties within the framework of Russia-Oman relations.

On 29 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Transport and Road Economy Farit Khanifov informed that it is planned to allocate more than 79.2bn rubles on road work in the republic in 2025.

On 28 April during his working trip to Tashkent the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in an extended meeting of Uzbekistan President Sahvkat Mirziyoyev and Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov. 

On 28, speaking at his meeting with Uzbekistan President Sahvkat Mirziyoyev in Tashkent, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Uzbekistan, thanked Sahvkat Mirziyoyev for his continuous support of all projects and personal attention to cooperation with Tatarstan. He said that last year the trade turnover between two republics increased by 21 per cent and exceeded 376m dollars US. 

On 28 April in Tashkent the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session of the INNOPROM Central Asia International Forum held with participation of more than 10 thousand people from 30 countries. 

On 27 April the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived to Tahskent which became the third city he visited during his working trip to Uzbekistan.

Accompanied by Uzbek colleagues, Rustam Minnikhanov and a delegation from the republic got acquainted with work of the technical park Chirchik opened in March 2022 and which covers the total area of 28.4 hectares, comprises 27 company-residents who have invested already 147.04m dollars US.
